It's only 3 minutes drive to beautiful beaches (Nutgrove and Long Beach), 7 minute drive to main local shopping center (supermarkets, restaurants, chemist etc). 5 min drive to Uni of Tas.

We are in the heart of the heart of Battery Point! Walk to the docks, CBD, Salamanca market, Princess Park (Kids love it ) restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, MONA ferry and adventure tour bases. Its a fantastic location! You can enjoy a private outlook space. We live in the main house above the studio and there is minimal but occasional sounds heard. We are very conscious of your privacy and a quiet stay but are not too far away if you need anything!
