Monthly Rentals in Sanibel Island

James's Airbnb on Sanibel Island is AMAZING. It is a tastefully renovated elevated 3 bedroom/3 bath home. The kitchen is well equipped, and bathrooms have plenty of vanity space. The showers are great as well. The house is just a short walk to the world famous Bowman's Beach - best shelling in the state of Florida. Communication with James is almost instantaneous - he responds very quickly to any question or concerns. If there were a step above Superhost - I would nominate James. Superhost++++++++. The cottage is lovely! It was perfect for our little family. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet at night. The public beaches are few minutes away so it is very convenient location. We walked to the bait shop and restaurant most of the time. The house was sparkling clean. Check-in was easy and the communication with Melanie was amazing. We had a wonderful stay! Definitely we are going back

We (family of four, 2 young children) had an excellent stay. House is walking distance to the beach, coffee, ice cream and a couple of beach shops. Kids and adults all had a good time due to well equipped kitchen, nice laundry, pool and hot tub. Getting to the beach was easy and John provided a beach wagon, chairs, a cooler and some beach toys. John couldn’t be nicer - his house is right across the street. Feels like he cares a lot about the place and guests. He was very responsive and even let us borrow his own collapsible beach shelter for a couple of sunny days with the kids. We had a great time.

Loved staying at this little gem on Sanibel! Walking distance to many things, but mostly rode a bike everywhere during my stay, which is the easiest way to get around. The unit is on a busier road, but really not an issue and at night everything is super quiet on the island. Ryan and Nicole were very responsive and worked to resolve anything out of the ordinary that came up. I enjoyed my month on Sanibel and plan to return next year!!!
