Beautiful studio apartment near the center.

Simple, rustic and cozy place, with a beautiful balcony. We are 400m from the Church of Santa Quitéria and 600m from the Mother Church. Environment always clean, quiet and organized. The room is spacious and has a double bed and a twin bed, a fireplace (we do not provide firewood, we also have an ecological fireplace that can be used with alcohol), a clothes rack, a bathroom and a Smart TV (it does not have an open channel), we do not provide towels. The kitchen has basic utensils for use, refrigerator

Casinha simples, away from urban annoyances. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the city and have a place to bathe and rest. Proxima to the events area, and to the accesses to Santa waterfall, Maquiné, Cachoeira do Meio and trail to the Horizontes peak (Agulhinha) Kitchen with basic utensils, for the preparation of small meals. 🏳️‍🌈We consider all forms of love to be fair 🏳️‍🌈 Please read the listing carefully before closing the reservation, and in case of doubt it would be my pleasure to respond 🙂
