Studio feels much larger than it's 500 sq ft. but retains a warm and cozy feel. Short walk into the town of Santa Ynez or a 5-10 minute drive to all of the other lovely towns in the valley, Solvang/Los Olivos/Balllard/Buellton.

The Ranch house is located in the rural area of Arroyo Grande.My wife and I and two older boys live here on ten Acres with two houses.We live in the main house in front and our guest house is behind it on the other side of the pool. We use the pool area as our back yard area. The guest house has its own private yard and deck off the back.The pool is closed to guest.If you have small children consider the safety issue’s with pool not fenced. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.
