Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Santa Cruz County

An excellent stay! I can see why they have 5 stars, and it is well deserved. The space is clean, host friendly, and the space has everything you could want. We loved the small touches that make the space cozy like artwork and comfy pillows. The kitchen was also well stocked with basics like salt and pepper and needed things like carrot peelers and utensils not all Airbnbs have. The neighborhood was very peaceful and everything about this Airbnb was planned with such care and attention to detail. We will likely stay here again in the future.

This large, eclectic house was a fun place to hang out and relax. There isn’t much to do around there (which we knew) and that was perfect for us. We hung out and played pool and polar plunged in the pool and played games and listened to the birds and relaxed. The caretaker was helpful and available. The outdoor hot tub was turned on at our request but it did not get hot at all. It was kind of warm. It was also a surprise to be told we should not flush any toilet paper. Both toilets have bidets but that water is cold! These were fairly minor issues for us, though, and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect for what I wanted ! Two weeks in Patagonia was perfect with my sister for a while and my son and grandson. The backyard worked out great for my dog and for setting up a badminton game too! It was walking distance to downtown and to the Hummingbird center and close to many hiking/walking trails. Kathy was great and quick at answering any concerns that I had which were few! I highly recommend this house if you ae planning on a trip to Patagonia.

Love the peaceful location. House is well equipped and you can’t beat the bedroom/bathroom ratio! Host was super responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Simple space in town of Patagonia walkable to town center.

Great space with lots of room for everyone. Kitchen arrangement was a little awkward and higher quality pots and knives would have been appreciated but as expected for an airBnB. Jill was always responsive and was very accommodating to special requests. A great stay and exactly as expected. Get up for sunrise coffee on the porch, you won’t regret it!

A beautiful location. A comfortable, clean house with a lovely patio. A comfortable bed in the master bedroom. An attentive and thoughtful owner. Lots of wildlife to be seen on the property.

I visited Juans place with my family for Easter and we felt right at home! This place was great and I would recommend for anyone wanting to have a nice relaxing stay.

This place ran with the local theme of birding. And that was nice since this felt like a cozy little human-sized bird house. Lovely place indeed. Only comments for improvements would be the ability to control the light strand on the patio and to get a drain plug for the tub, which would be useful for anyone traveling with kids. Still, wonderful place in a quiet spot in Patagonia.

Very comfortable apartment, with everything we needed and very clean. We'll definitely be back. The host is very good communication and quick response. In a very central area and easy to reach everywhere.

Highly recommend. Close to I19, everything you need. Private backyard was a huge plus.

Great place to stay with beautiful views very close to Tubac village and a wonderful pool and jacuzzi. Melinda is a great host and very easy to work with.

Lovely stay. Beautiful area, a short walk to Tubac. Veronica's condo is nicely located and has all you need to enjoy your time. Highly recommend this condo.

Definitely one of our favorite Airbnb stays! House had everything we needed. The pool and nearby Anza trail were fantastic too. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, don’t miss Wisdoms Cafe…yummmmm.

Paula, my host, is outstanding. The unit is about as perfect as you can imagine. Community heated pool and spa are spotless, as was the unit. I had zero to complain about and will try to use this unit again, if possible. You'll love Tubac, Paula's unit... and Paula!

The owner was extremely responsive. letting me know the unit was available for an early check in. Plus was very accommodating when i had to extend my stay with workarounds for my situation. The units are located in a field in farm land area somewhat isolated from the road. There are two bedroom but one bedroom also kind of serves a a living room. The kitchen is a galley set up with limited space. There is a great firepit, outdoor dining accommodations and barbeque. They even supplied all the charcoal, starter and barbeque utensils.

Vicki’s home is truly amazing. We loved the decorating—the pictures don’t do it justice! The attention to detail is amazing. Everything is so well done. The location couldn’t be better—the interchange is very close by. And one thing we really appreciated, and something we have had issues in the past at other vacation rentals—plenty of parking for a condominium! It was never an issue. A very quiet area, and neighbors couldn’t have been nicer. Tubac is such a great artist community. Elvira’s restaurant is out of this world! And hopping on the interstate, we were at other locations in no time. The 75mph speed limit definitely helped! Just a wonderful location and a wonderful host! Highly recommended!!
