Modern, new, well-serviced building. Somewhat wealthy green and safe neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Suitable for short or long stays. Comfortable bedding, good-quality appliances. Good internet speed for Bolivia. Since it is new, some things I wished to be added, like a better stocked kitchen. I think in the future, this apartment will get even better.

I stayed for the second time in Rafael's apartment. Everything was perfect, just like the first time. Apartment with new facilities and extremely clean! Rafael makes it a point to serve us in the best way. I recommend it!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It was exactly like the pictures in the listing. It is in the perfect location, quiet but still close to many restaurants. It has great amenities like the pool and the gym. The washing machine, air conditioning, wifi, and washer all work perfectly. The hosts were very helpful when we communicated with them. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we are in Santa Cruz.
