The apê do Felipe and Ju are exactly the same as in the pictures and as described. It has a great interior space. Cozying room, with smart TV and wifi. Kitchen with excellent space, well equipped, with appliances and utensils. It has laundry with washer and dryer machine. It has water filter, it is difficult to find water filters on airbnb, generating a lot of savings in water purchase. Super spacious room with wardrobe, dresser, warm bedding and smelling. The mattress for me is a little softer than my usual, I prefer firmer mattress. But it is excellent, high quality. Bathroom with great space in the box. Gas water, super warm and with excellent pressure. I rented it for 36 days and the cost was so good for everything provided that I extended my lodging for another 30 days. The apê is extremely well located. In front of Miller and next to the pharmacy São João. It has an organic produce fair nearby. Prox. do Centro, 30min walking or 10 min uber (gives about 10 reais). Amei :)

it's worth staying at this property without a doubt, location, garage, utensils,everything new , family building,right next to the Oktoberfest park, we will definitely get back to staying in this apartment again.

Maite's stay was a find in Santa Cruz do Sul. We stayed there for the last weekend of Oktoberfest. Location very close to oktober park, it is possible to walk, but we prefer to order uber. The accommodations were exactly as described, all clean and comfortable. The host greeted us in person and was very solicitous. We loved it and would come back!

It was a great stay, Tainara answered promptly when we requested, the place was easy to reach, and the space was exactly what we needed, it had television, towels, bed linens, an equipped kitchen, and the place itself was really very clean, the air conditioning worked right and the place was very cozy and suppressed the need without problems , with a pleasant space. I would like to highlight the great location, right in the center and close to everything, the spacious parking space, very easy to check in and check out, a find.

The pictures are beautiful, but they show little of the property, but nothing is missing... kitchen/laundry complete with everything working, as well as bathroom and bedroom (very good bed)... Need a little attention on the balcony/barbecue, there is no support furniture for the same or a sink, but nothing that discourses... Very well located, close to everything in the city, garage covered tb is an important point. Friendly and always available hosts. Flexible with IN/out times.
