Amazing host, amazing views Pedro was outstanding, always responsive and helpful whenever we asked about advice on our many activities The view from the apartment was breathtaking and really made our holiday a special one

We really enjoyed our stay in Seixal. We especially liked the adorable garden which has been created with lots of love. Even though the place is located on the north of the island, the garden receives a lot of sunshine throughout the day and allowed us to relax while enjoying views of the sea as well as at least 3 beautiful waterfalls. There is also a shadowy area which we didn’t use due to the season (April)

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful and even bigger than the photos. It was extremely quiet but still in such a central location. The concierge were always on hand to help if needed. The hosts even sent some complimentary gifts for my birthday. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone else!

Have stayed in this apartment block previously (although a different apartment) - ideal for us. Quite a busy area but bonuses are that it is easy walking distance to Funchal town or there are frequent buses which pass within 100 yards of apartment. Local bus service is excellent and it is easy to catch a bus to explore the wider area. We hired a car from the nearby company, Rodavante - good service and competitive price. Apartment itself is quite simple but suits us - balcony with possibly some of the best views of the whole Estrada Monumental area. Although it says in the details, we hadn t appreciated that it didn t have a oven,just a hob. If you are on a short break you probably wouldnt want one but on a longer stay an oven would be very useful. Hopefully will be staying here again.

We enjoyed the stay very much - the sunsets from the balcony were our evening highlight! The apartment was great, nothing was missing. Nellita was always available for questions and very helpful - we will be happy to come back!

Very responsive host, very well located and central accommodation. Delicious little touches: bottles of water in the fridge, fresh fruit... An extremely pleasant stay with, again, an exceptional host of kindness and responsiveness. Thank you very much, we recommend it without hesitation!

Little gem tucked away in the hills of Calheta. Amazing stars at night and the hot tub was a treat. Beautifully clean and hosts were very helpful with good recommendations.

Such a nice Airbnb with great rooftop views! The space was very clean and had everything we needed! Location was great as it was walkable to many different restaurants and the downtown area. Airbnb came with a list of many recommendations of places to eat and things to do which was also helpful! We would definitely recommend staying here :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-maintained place. The house is absolutely charming, full of character, with lovely period colors and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, always available and in touch whenever we needed anything. We really appreciated the thoughtful details in the house and the warm welcome. The interior was cozy and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed peaceful walks in the area with breathtaking views, and there’s an excellent restaurant nearby that we would highly recommend. Fantastic time at Dina’s place. Stunning views in the sunshine and the rain. Easy to cook for ourselves there or to take a short walk into the town. Used the pool most days - cold but lovely! Beds very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. Dina gave lots of helpful tips on parking but we still found it very difficult. But once inside it’s very safe and private. Blown away by the place! The terrace is just such a beautiful place to relax with very comfortable furniture to add to the experience.

Antonio was extremely responsive and kind, which we really appreciated. The Airbnb was very clean and well-kept. Beautiful views. It was a little cold but the provided space heaters helped. Overall, a positive experience and we’d recommend it!

The place is good, close to the beach. Unfortunately, the apartment was cold and damp, it was 16 degrees outside. The beds are comfortable. In the kitchen, something with water pressure, you need to adjust. The bathroom has an excellent shower, the pressure is good, there is always hot water. In the toilet, the toilet was stuck, I had to open the lid so that the water was collected. Otherwise, the apartment is great and cozy, it's probably warmer in summer, we got into a urogan. The host responded immediately and was very responsive. I was glad that he left us wine and pie, thank you.

We had a great time in the house and felt very welcomed! John was always reachable for us, if there was a problem or a question we had. We can just recommend it:)

We had a wonderful time at Valery's apartment. Particularly noteworthy is, of course, the view of the sea, which is absolutely unrestricted due to the large windows and the balcony with glass walls. The decor is super modern, it lacks nothing. The communication was ideal. You always felt that Valery was very important to the well-being of his guests. From the apartment you can easily drive to the entire island. Parking spaces are available, the car is safe and we never had any problems getting a place. Supermarket is also 5 minutes by car. Walking around the apartment was somewhat limited due to lack of footpaths. A rental car is recommended. But I think that's the case with almost every place in Madeira. We thank Valery for the wonderful time. A great Airbnb experience for us. We will be happy to come back.

This place took our breath away as soon as we walked inside. Very special to be able to enjoy coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony overlooking the water. Location was great to explore this beautiful island. We made our own meals in the kitchen and didn’t feel like we were missing anything. Definitely would recommend :)

My partner and I had an amazing time in the apartment, Jose and Family were very helpful. They even gave us keys to there storage area within the underground garage to store our mountain bikes which was a real plus for us. The property was wonderful, who wouldn’t want to wake up to that view every morning.

This stay far exceeded our expectations. The apartment boasts truly spectacular views, framed by the largest bedroom window I’ve ever seen—it feels like a living painting. The love and care that Paul and Dina have poured into this space are palpable, making it feel like an extension of their own home. We’re so grateful to have spent a few days in this little slice of heaven, and the hosts were incredibly attentive. The only minor downside is the noise from the road when the windows or balcony doors are open, but with them closed, it’s pure tranquility. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, don’t hesitate—just book it!

The accommodation was spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. The highlight was the large terrace with mountain views. The location is close to the city but on a quiet corner. Everything went smoothly with check-in and check-out.

We were extremely comfortable and thought the location was perfect walkable to restaurants, grocery store, deus store and some shopping. Close to attractions in city.

Great apartment and very nice hosts. The view from the balconies is unique. Only privacy is not on the balcony, the street really leads right past it. However, traffic is limited and at night it is very quiet. You can only hear the waves.
