The Santa María neighborhood is well connected to Polanco, the Airport, Chapultepec, Condesa, Juárez and the Historic Center.

The apartment is independent to our house, so you will access through private stairs that go directly to the rooftop. Our guests enjoy the rooftop for reading, exercising, or simply relaxing in this small city oasis.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.

cozy suite of 60 m2 located in a unique set of houses built in 1905 in havre, one of the most exclusive streets and with the best gastronomic offer of the Juarez colony. the house was completely restored adding contemporary elements to its typically Porfirian architecture. the space has been furnished with original pieces in the modern mid-century style and other finds of our searches by the antique dealers of the city.
