Very cozy house for the time we were.. Very comfortable and with options that fix the stay: crockery, cleaning products. Although there was no soap and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were missing complete.. We really liked the garage to protect the vehicle. Surely we opted for her again.

The apartment and the neighborhood are very good. Marcela is very attentive with everything you need. The place is special for work and fun. Bars, restaurants and places to visit everything at your fingertips. Everything was more than excente.

Amazing place to stay in fisherton! The place is super safe with 24hs surveillance. It is located on an avenue which makes it very easy if you need to move by uber/taxi. The super illuminated avenue. The space is beautiful with a spectacular view of a beautiful meadow. The apartment is very functional and has everything you need to have a few fun days! Daniel as a super caring host and was in every detail. Highlight: the BED and THEIR super comfortable PILLOWS I feel at home! I hope to be back soon.

Great option to find a home away from home without missing it. It has everything one needs and being in a hallway is very quiet and cozy and decorated with excellent taste. The access staircase can be a little tricky if there are people with reduced mobility.

Excellent service, very well distributed spaces, highly recommended

Imanol's apartment is very modern, bright and has everything needed for an excellent stay. It is super well equipped in the kitchen and the banio and it is very comfortable that you have toilette on the ground floor and full banio on the top floor of the duplex. It is also very quiet and the building is quiet. Imanol was always very well prepared and the communication was clear and fluid.

Very comfortable apartment, nicer than the pictures. Clean, everything worked perfect. Gabriela gave us the keys and explained what was necessary. We were able to enjoy with our dog. Recommended.

We had an excellent weekend in the apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable and calm stay. The place is just as you can see in the photos, super cozy and well equipped. Also, the host was very busy, always attentive and available for any questions. We definitely recommend it and would choose it again!

10 Points!! The place is perfect, they have everything to spend a few days as a couple without missing anything. Clean and tidy. Air conditioning. Very easy self check in. The area where it is located is perfect, in the heart of Pichincha, close to bars and restaurants, bakeries and cafes. One block from Bv. Oroño and the river. Just perfect. I highly recommend it. Mario's attention was excellent. The facilities and services as detailed and described in the listing. Very easy to deal with him, flexible with check-in and check-out times. He left us things for snack/breakfast, very helpful. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very nice, bright and quiet at least noises from the street are not heard, the building has several elevators so climbing is very fast , it has a plus the security that is 24 hours , access to carports is comfortable . It's central so you probably don't use a lot of car. Florence pristine , clear and no laps . We always offered help in inquiries made . I'm coming back for sure!
