Perfect to take the family! A paradise near Sao Paulo. The stay couldn't be better. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and the green area a lot; my grandparents enjoyed the comfort and natural beauty; my father risked catching some fish and I reported it on the barbecue. We enjoy security and privacy. Super Indico!! 😉

Very well equiped house, clean, air-conditioned pool, always a delight! We spent the carnival with friends, family and everything was wonderful! already want to return!!!

Casa Foot in the water in the Igaratá dam, quiet and safe place, a beautiful house known as the house in the sun, the way the house was built gives you the feeling of being inside the dam with a clean and beautiful view, a well-structured house, we have the help of Pamela who helped us at breakfast and cleaning the house. The house has a heated pool and a hole pool that are the feel of the house, everything that is written by the owners we find in the house, sandy court, jumps, ping pong, pool , Fut table, a giant bathtub, sauna, a corner to make ground fire with an amazing view of the dam Natália owner always responding and quickly guiding us immediately Sensational place to enjoy with family and friends, we still managed to schedule with local agency for the children to practice wakesurfing, it was the weekend

The stay could not be better! well-equipped rooms, ample common space. Rosângela told us the Cidinha (cook) and the Alecs (barbecue) that helped us A LOT, I say with my eyes closed! I definitely want to come back!

My family and I relaxed and enjoyed these days at the house. The view is extremely beautiful! The entrance to the condominium was quiet, I got from the entrance to the house easily. The house was clean, the bed was very comfortable and it is very close to the pier, which was good because my husband and son took advantage and rented a Jet Ski. I didn't miss any items in the kitchen, it had everything I needed. I will definitely be back with my brothers and nephews as well. And when I sent a message, I was promptly answered.

A very cozy simple house, very neat and clean, the environments are completely integrated , making us all always close to what makes the family tour very special. The kind and polite housekeeper, the hostess very much requests and willing to help. It is worth highlighting the view to the dam from all points of the house, another high point was that we were able to hire a boat ride and went to a beautiful waterfall. we will return for sure.

Rogério was a great host. Very proactive and very active in answering any questions very quickly. The village gave us tips on how to get there, restaurant and commerce nearby. Also, Dna Inácia, the homemade is a personlike and very discreet. We loved the house and spent a very quiet family weekend. The house was very clean and organized. Full and functional kitchen. The barbecue and pool area is also very tasty. Bate sun all day in the pool, so it even seems to be air-conditioned. Anyway, it was a wonderful weekend! Mto thank you for your welcome! The place was very, very clean, the bed was comfortable, the hot water in the restroom was large and the temperature was stable, and the host had bath products.The kitchen has a large stove, and the facilities are very well equipped, so you can use it well. There is a large supermarket not far from the property, very rich and cheap. I needed to arrive early to take a test and Angelina was super receptive, welcomed me almost at dawn and made me very comfortable in her home. It was two very quiet days, Angelina helped me catch buses, subways, even gave me a ride to one of the nearby woods and was very available for any questions I had!!

I really loved the stay. The place was very cozy and every time I asked for help she gave it to me immediately, I was always aware that I felt comfortable. She and her husband were very attentive to my needs and I thank you from the heart. Below is a pizzeria with very delicious food, it has a nice view. It is an accessible place and there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, shops and so on very close and you can walk. It's 10 minutes from downtown by car. The place had all the basics and more to be able to live for several weeks. It has everything you need for cooking, I loved it because personally I like cooking and it was very helpful. Communication was always very easy and its accessibility exceeded expectations. I'm definitely going back to this place because I loved it. ♥️♥️ She was the best host I've found in an Airbnb!

We had a simply wonderful stay in this lovely place! I went with my family and it was an unforgettable experience, from warm reception to every detail thought out fondly in the space. The environment is perfect for those who seek tranquility, contact with nature and special moments with those who love. The accommodations are comfortable, all very clean and organized. The outdoor area is a true paradise: lush nature, clean air, very green and plenty of space for kids to play and adults to relax. Not to mention the sunset. We thank you immensely for your hospitality and for providing such a special weekend. We will definitely return and indicate with closed eyes to those who seek rest, warmth and good energy.

The house has soul and the walls tell the stories! The house is extremely cozy for a large number of guests. We spent pleasant days accompanied by all the beauty of nature, peace and ranch climate! The messages scattered around the house and the whole positive vibe magnifies the experience! The site brings the memory of a simple life without being simplistic! The site deserves to be cared for and preserved, and I believe that some repairs are necessary such as the pool, the roof (not to use the red siding with the colored polyethylene) and the appliances and accessories of the outdoor kitchen deserve greater attention with the cleaning. We hired Luciana who cooked for us and it was great! Cida showed extreme kindness! All went well and our group loved it and we tune in to the vibe of love and healing!

The house is the space are great. I was a few years ago and I remember there were chairs and sun umbrellas and this time there were no more. The pool table tb not enjoyed because it did not have tacos or balls. I don't know if I needed to ask but the pool was not treated, when we arrived was ok but during our stay there was no further treatment. This is not a criticism, but suggestions for improvement. But in general the house is b large and airy. The place is great and everything was neat. Mr. José is very attentive and always answered me very quickly.

Gis was amazing from beginning to end, responding to everything super fast and very niceoooo. The Chácara is hotter than the pictures show, perfect to rest and escape the madness of the big city, the highest point of all is that GIS is pet friendly and my dogs have enjoyed more than anything, they ran on the lawn, swam in the dam, and ate a lot of fruits straight from the foot, we are already organizing the next trip ♥️♥️♥️♥️

The place is wonderful. Cristiane helped us a lot during the organization period and on the day, the caretakers were amazing with all the support. We hired Lu's service (housekeeper) who helped us a lot with the cleanliness of the place during the event.

We stayed last week, stayed for two days, but we could have stayed longer, that we still had something to do and get to know. Super attentive Marta, we arrived the night at the house, and what brought us a delicious feeling, came and the house was lit, the rooms with clarity of the lamp... table set with a delicious, super cozy cake. That house that said: We were waiting for you! Marta told us a place to eat, and everything we needed during the stay. I demonstrated a concern regarding the unprotected fishing lake because of my child, and she was ready to attend. Indico muitoooo!!! Mr. Zé too, very attentive and ready to answer us... without words.
