We made the reservation practically on the eve of the feriadão and was the best choice, we love the ap, only positive reviews. Capricho in the details, clean, organized, linens and clean bathrooms. Utensils, basic cleaning and hygiene products available, super airy. The description matches the listing. Well-educated reception staff and responsiveness. We did not know that it was one of the noble neighborhoods and we liked it very much, well structured with a market, bakery, restaurants, pizzerias and fuel station, including shopping malls. My husband even practiced his run. All perfect! I definitely recommend it!!!

Terezinha is an excellent hostess, very kind and helpful. The apartment is like the pictures. It is close to Shopping Colinas and is easy to access other neighborhoods.

Great pool place. Spent only one day. Felt a bit too much bureaucracy to enter the building but I guess this is all for safety. The furniture is a bit outdated but you get what you paid for. Overall was a good experience and for a short stay was worth it.

The house was very well organized, comfortable and enjoyable visually. Just an observation, the glass bathroom door doesn't close and ends up wetting the floor near the box a little.

This home was a gem for our family to get some time together in an amazing location. The best area in São José dos Campos! Talita was a pleasure as a host and very gracious and courteous to us. The house itself is extremely comfortable and quiet and has more than everything you need for a high end stay. highly recommend.

Sergio and his father Edison were super attentive and proactive, I felt at home, they were very good days. And as everyone said about the reception with the fruit basket, it was perfect. The house had everything that was needed. Sanitized bed and bath linens, in plastic! Thank you Sergio and Edison for being so helpful and caring about your guests. I highly recommend it.

We spent a wonderful weekend. The main house is super wide and airy, not to mention that it is very well equipped with kitchen objects. Spotless cleaning. We went into 5 families and we were all comfortable. I already make plans to come back for sure!

The place is perfect, my husband and I love the place , we need this vacation break, we love all the privacy we had , the shower is warm, the house is clean and smelling, a good bed to rest, WONDERFUL swimming pool, we enjoyed a lot , Dona Fátima is amazing , her husband is super helpful, you feel so comfortable that you go away with the feeling of longing for a family member , we will definitely come back, there is everything close, shopping, market, restaurants , and two grills . We made a barbecue in the pool, look without words. Valeu every cent. Gratitude ❤️😘

I rented the villa to spend a weekend with my family, and since first contact with Adriana, she has been extremely solicitor and kind. When we arrived at the farm, Adriana welcomed us and presented all the homes in the house. We very much enjoyed our stay on the site of Alice. The house is beautiful and very spacious, much more than it appears in the photos. The site is very isolated and quiet. The pool is really amazing, we use it every day. The view and the night sky are breathtaking. The wi-fi sign is great! Somewhat restricted cellphone operator signal. Alice was very helpful in answering all my doubts. The housekeeper João was also very helpful when we needed it. I recommend and would be back for sure!
