Luis's place Casa Palenque was exquisitely done. A beautiful property that is an oasis of its own! Everything was well stocked. Luis was great and always responsive. He gave us several local recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. The location is central as it is very close to restaurants and transportation options. We loved our stay at Santa Marta!

Loved our stay here! What a spacious and lovely house. The facilities (bathrooms and kitchen) were perfect. Sweet and attentive hosts. Perfect location just outside of the busy street of Minca but very close to it (1 minute walk) in a private area. Would definitely come again! Thank you!

Everything seemed spectacular to me the place was the cleanliness of Sandra's attention and the patience to explain in detail what Santa Marta related and the real activities to do that I would return thanks to Sandra and Rosa her sister.

This is a stunning house, on a secluded and very beautiful private beach. Despite the proximity to Santa Marta, it feels very rural and idyllic. We stayed with our one year old twins, and despite the obvious challenges with the heat, they had a lovely time splashing around in the sea and the little pool on the terrace (which is a very nicely done feature). The house is very well designed to stay pretty cool in the day, and make the most of the sea breeze. It is also very well equipped, with nice furniture and everything you would want in the kitchen. One thing that wasn't quite clear to us before we booked was that there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is in a separate building. You could in theory sleep more people in the open plan kitchen / living room. The people who look after the house are very lovely and professional. Lorena and Luz cooked for us, Alex helped with all sorts of things, including doing a shop for us. All in all a great place for a family beach holiday!

Use Google maps and it takes you to the house or have May recommend a taxi. Easy to find, but Rappi and taxi drivers need your assistance to get there. AC in the rooms worked perfect, I felt very safe and the locals were nice.

An excellent option for large groups, spacious facilities, beautiful architecture to capture memories with your family, the beach is a 10’minute walk and has a pool and jacuzzi to enjoy with your group.

Daniela was very attentive during our stay, she was very kind, she thought of every detail and even had everything prepared for our pet, her cabin is beautiful and close to the sea, it gives a plus of tranquility by not being so close to the rodadero, still you can walk to this beach or Gaira's. The cabin has very good cooking utensils and even a ici fridge why it made it easy to take our cold drinks to the beach.

I like, the place the beach is super close 1 block you can see the sea, the sunset is appreciated from the hotel room. The hotel food I don't like it very much, there is a construction on the side that disturbs the noise. Regarding the distance, it is a little far from the center you do not arrive walking, but if by taxi or uber for about 25,000 pesos approx is 30 minutes to 20 minutes from the historic center and the rodadero 15 min approx, but you do not reach walking. As for everything else regarding the facilities, very nice and pleasant place

The place is very nice. Elegant and peaceful. It's perfect for people that just want to get away trip. Place looks exactly like the pictures. Mauricio was very responsive. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing Stay! Our stay was fantastic! The place was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was super responsive, making everything seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—definitely a five-star stay! Highly recommend.

Spent 1 1/2 month in this beautiful building, small well-equipped kitchen studio very well maintained quiet and safe building, the most is the 50’000 pesos bracelet offering access to the Mercure hotel by the same elevator for the pool in the 3rd and also allows access to the beautiful beach and the umbrella and chairs provided. Large balcony terrace makes it possible to enlarge the accommodation and eat there is more pleasant.Autobus at the corner allows you to go to the historic center or on the other side to Ciénaga for 2,400$ pesos /pers for the center and for Cienaga 5,000$ pesos/ pers. tours also possible Mercure hotel at a correct price. Wifi is good missing Netflix,good bedding and hot water shower speed. I recommend it.

We stayed at Gian’s place for 3 nights. The host was responsive and supportive. Location is at the heart of the nightlife of Santa Marta. It is suitable for those who love to be in the hustle and bustle of Santa Marta. It is close to many amazing restaurants, beach, and supermarkets. It’s value for the money.

The apartment met all expectations, very comfortable, tidy and clean, had everything necessary to make the stay more than satisfactory. Miguel always responded quickly and gave us clear recommendations and instructions. The only thing is that they are very strict with check-in and check-out, in this aspect there is no flexibility. We arrived 10 minutes before check-in time and we were not able to enter until the hour in point, but after check-in there was no inconvenience.

Excellent place, the location of the condominium is very good, very private and quiet near the airport has very nice facilities and the staff service is very good, the apartment is very spacious and nice has all the comforts it is very quiet and pleasant always attended to our doubts and it was very good for us throughout the stay.

An excellent apartment, very spacious and very comfortable. The view of the bay and the sea are spectacular. The amenities of the residential complex such as the squash court, the pools, the free use of the kiosks on the beach, the use of jacuzzi at no cost, and in general the facilities of the site are excellent. It feels a lot of security. In addition, there is a mini market at the entrance of the ensemble that make you address to the apartment and the beach. On the beach inside the set you can consume snacks and liquor without a problem, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. And going out to the beach you get lunch. I'd come back without hesitation.

The place is super beautiful. It looked like we were in a sky rise in Miami. They had around the clock security and I felt very safe. There is a corner store right next to the lobby where the prices were very reasonable. It was super convenient. There were shops and restaurants that were less than a 5 minute slow walk away from the lobby. All the taxis, Ubers, and DiDi drivers knew exactly where to take us because it is a good amount of tourists at this location. The blinds were electronically controlled. The AC units were powerful and the place had a ton of cooking amenities. I highly recommend this location and look forward to visiting again during the Colombian Summers.
