The property is private, clean and very well equipped. The hosts are very kind and helpful. They greeted us upon arrival and took the time to show us around the property. They even displayed toys knowing we were traveling with young kids. The place is perfect and well adapted for families! Rooms and beds are confortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The late check out also gave us the opportunity to take it slow on our last day in the area. We highly recommend the property especially if travelling with young children. It is a 15-20 minutes drive from Minca on a nice paved mountain road. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

What an amazing property !! The only thing we wish is we had invited more of our family to enjoy the amazing place. The house could easily sleep 10 to 15 people and the resort style pool would be perfect for families to come over and have a great time and enjoy a barbecue. The pool and backyard are absolutely amazing and would recommend to anyone in any time . The staff, Don Samuel took care of everything perfectly.

Giovanni is a great host, friendly and hospitable. Along with his home he helps you find other great services (tours, chefs, massages, etc) and he even offers comfortable and affordable transportation services! I will definitely be back! I spend a vacation with my family, the apartment clean with everything you need for our stay. the excellent residential ensemble, good pools, nice views, easy access to the beach. we loved it and it will be one of our preferred place to visit in Santamarta.

We were very happy to spend a small week at Christian's and were very touched by his personalized attention and great responsiveness. It seems that the building went through fiber just before we arrived and the apartment router had remained copper. So we didn't have internet when we arrived but Christian reacted very quickly and it was resolved in just 2 days when we arrived on a Saturday. The bandwidth was about 50mbps. The place is quiet and peaceful and the sea is always present in the background. Private beach, clean and soft waves perfect for the kids. Santa Marta even is easily accessible by taxi and there are 3 supermarkets including a Carulla 5-10mn by taxi. The store has enough to troubleshoot and offers large cans of drinking water. It does not offer fruits or fresh products, plan the visit to the supermarket.
