Refuge das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the terrain enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

The Chalé da Fazenda has a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. Located in front of a dam in the middle of the mountains, lots of peace and contact with nature. In fact, exuberant nature! Lots of birds. Full kitchen, a charming hot tub, fireplace and outdoor space with attractions. Outdoor fire pit sites, 2 private waterfalls and a historic heritage-listed ruin (17th century). There are 34 hectares for tours inside and outside the property. Bichanos are welcome. Road and Starlink, okay!

Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.

The Aiu Chalets are located at Fazenda Altos das Tocas, on the edge of Papagaio State Park.
