Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Rosa Island

My mom stayed at the Airbnb during her visit to Pensacola. She found the lofts very cute and cozy. Tammie is a wonderful host, very accommodating, and friendly. Tammie would consistently text me to check on mom and if there is anything she needed. I would definitely recommend staying at Tammie's Airbnb!

Was a little leery of staying on the 19th floor, but the elevators are extremely fast. Never had to wait too long for a ride. Jay’s place is clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is about parking- which isn’t any fault of Jay. Our stay was less than 24 hours and still had to pay the same fee we would if our stay lasted a week. Prorating for parking would be more favorable.

This condo was perfect for my work trip for the weekend and very close to the beach.

We absolutely loved staying at the Dragos’ condo!!! So conveniently located!!! My granddaughter was playing in a soccer tournament and it was a 2 min ride and the beach was very close!!! Highly recommend staying here!!! We will be back!!!

everything was wonderful. ground floor easy access, and close location to the pool at the apt. complex. very spacious, nicely decorated, nice kitchen ware and appliances, soft new looking bathroom linens. comfortable beds and comfy bed linens. clean and well maintained. short drive to a couple of beach access points.

We had the perfect girls weekend at Jamie’s home! She was extremely helpful and responsive. The pool / backyard was the perfect place to relax and we felt right at home in the living area. Would love to come back for future trips and highly recommend!

The location was perfect. We stayed here with family. Communication was great. Would definitely stay here again. Just an fyi that there are a lot of stairs.

I really enjoyed staying here! I felt right at home and the home is right next to the beach and a lot of restaurants which were convenient. Franziska was so nice and polite! She was a wonderful host! She was even gracious to let us stay past check out due to weather conditions which my friend and I really appreciated! We will be staying here again. Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. I love the location of the house because it’s about 3 min to the beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need. Central location for all activities. We will be back!

Great condo, great location, great view of the Gulf. The condo is just above the pool and approximately 100 yards from the emerald coast gulf. The sand is white and the water truly is beautiful. Condo is equipped with everything you need to include a large beach umbrella and chairs. The Host communication was also very good. The only complaint I have is that the Pelican Resort itself has their own beach umbrella and chairs company that setup rental setups across the entirety of the beach front. These setups cost approximately $300 for the week. The two resorts on either side of the Pelican will not allow you to setup on their beachfronts either. They are considered private beaches and are patrolled be the respective resort security guards. So we had to set-up behind the Pelican setups with limited view/access of the Gulf. Overall a great week.

Dan was very nice and provided clear instructions from the start. Great location and very quiet! Easy access and he was very accommodating. I would absolutely consider staying here again next time I’m in the area.

Very nice and clean space, excellent views and nice balcony as well. one of the best locations in Destin if you are trying to go fishing . This place is extremely close to the Jetty’s and beach access is a stones throw away from The condo. Super nice wash down station as well to get all the sand off of everything before heading back up. I will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed a four-night stay in the middle of April. To our surprise, it was not packed during this time of year, as we expected spring breakers. It was peaceful, safe, and had lots of fun things to do. My kids loved the bungee jump, feeding the fish, pool, playground, marina boardwalks, and playing on the beautiful grounds. We enjoyed walking to dinner instead of getting into the car again. The condo was nicely equipped and clean. We loved the porch and watched ospreys feed their babies in a nest right off the porch. We highly recommend staying at this property!

The host was great to work with. Very clean place. Although located in an apartment complex it was very quiet and peaceful. Located directly behind Publix. Walk across street to pick up food and items. Pool was very clean and nice. Overall great experience and will stay again.

This place was right on the beach and it was an incredible view! Extremely convenient location to restaurants and entertainment! At one point we had a issue with getting into the condo and the host was very responsive and solved our problem immediately! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

This condo was a amazing!! The view was just like the picture. Within walking distance of the Back porch restaurant that is delicious! Also close to shopping and grocery. Tim was very responsive and helpful. This unit comes with a parking space in the garage . Would definitly recommend , and would stay again!

Had a great time. Perfect for a family of 4. Exactly as advertised. Loved having the beach chair service provided. There was no access to the dock area but that wasn’t a big deal. Beach cart and chairs were provided. Plenty of dishes and cooking where for anything you’d like to cook up.
