The Casa da Paty, on the shores of the lake, about 1800m from the village of Lapinha, comfortably and privately accommodates 4 people in a suite and a bedroom and two bathrooms. In the big room we have two sofas where two more people can sleep. From it stands out a beautiful view composed of the lake that is at the gate of the property of 5.500m2 and the magnificent rugged relief of the famous Serra do Cipó in Minas Gerais. Kayaks included in the rental price are at guests' disposal.

The "Lapinha's Snuggle" is a rustic cottage. We are located in Povoado da Lapinha da Serra , which is part of Serra do Cipó/MG. This is Chalé Rústico no Aconchego da Lapinha. They are equipped with a kitchen and its utensils, a bathroom, bedroom with double bed. *** WE DON 'T SERVE ANY MEALS*** *** THE AMOUNT IS CHARGED PER COUPLE*** ATTENTION!!! 1- The daily rate is charged PER COUPLE and not per accommodation. 2- We have 1 chalet that sleeps up to 4 people. Casa da Lago, in the beach, best place, is part of the reserve kayak tours, lake view, mountains and waterfalls, is within the Village, very close to restaurants and tourist sites. It's a 10-minute walk to the bridge, the Boqueirão waterfall entrance and Rappel waterfall. Relax in this unique and quiet place! With private access to lake and beach. Caiaques are part of the reservation and can walk at will. (Season of a lot of drought, the lake dries or lowers the water)

Courtesy of Brudden kayaks are available 24h for guests. The common area offers beach tennis court, shower, fire pit, nets and a deck overlooking the Serra do Espinhaço. We are 1.5 km from the church square, close to the main local bars and restaurants

Inside the Lapinha da Serra Village, with an excellent location less than 300 meters from the main square, you can walk to restaurants, a bakery, markets and some tourist attractions (Boqueirão well, Rapel waterfall and Prainha beach).
