Perfect place to visit Funchal, there are many good restaurants nearby, the city center is also within walking distance. The view from the apartment's balcony is 10+, the apartment itself is nice and cozy, everything you need is there. The host is very friendly and responsive.

Had a lovely stay in Lani’s apartment - the view is beautiful and they have gone above and beyond providing all you could need for your stay- the little touches didn’t go unnoticed <3 Lani was responsive and helpful. Seixal beach is a short walk away and a supermarket very close. There is a car park with easy access in and out. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved the apartment and Cristiana who greeted us was very nice she was always responsive The only downside was im 62 and my partner 71 the apartment is up a steep hill we managed to walk down ok but got taxis back up which where very cheap around 5 euro so we managed. There are plenty of restaurants down the hill and a few local to the apartment. The owners also arranged transfers which was great as driver new where to go

This was the perfect stay for my Madeira getaway! I was greeted by my host who was friendly and welcoming and showed me everything I needed to know, and then he left me to enjoy the spectacular view of the ocean. My host was always available to answer questions and even helped me with a transportation recommendation to get to and from the airport. I found the location to be ideal for everything that I wanted to do, and grocery shopping was close by. I am already thinking about my next trip to Madeira and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Such a magnificent apartment! Perfectly located for traveling both to the mountains and the city, just 20 minutes from the airport. The stunning city and sunset views can be enjoyed from both the balcony and the bedroom. The apartment is beautifully equipped with high-end appliances. The kitchen has everything you need and much more. The bathroom is excellent. Everything is new, with great design and attention to detail. Miguel is a very attentive host—we are very grateful for his advice and recommendations. Convenient private parking is available right next to the entrance. A large Smart TV with all the necessary apps is also provided. At night, it is very quiet. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here for a long time. Highly recommended for any length of stay!

The appartment was very comfortable and as described, in a very quiet location but a few minutes away from the action. The check-in instructions were provided on the morning of the arrival but were very detailed and clear. Parking was definitely a plus. Would recommend!

Very nice apartment with very nice view. Johnny is a very friendly and supportive host. It was great to sit out in the sun in the morning. Very quiet, 10 min up the steep hill from Ponta do Sol.

This place is even better than advertised! The photos don’t do it justice, the interior and exterior is much more spacious than expected, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The full ocean view from every window in the house is simply breathtaking, and the privacy makes it a perfect getaway. The WiFi was excellent, making it easy to stay connected when needed. Bruno was a fantastic host, offering great restaurant recommendations and checking in to ensure everything was perfect during our stay. If you're looking for a stunning, private, and comfortable place to stay, this is it! Highly recommend and would definitely return.

We thoroughly our stay. Mariana and Miguel provided a warm and informative welcome with helpful recommendations and insights. Lots of comfortable outdoor lounging areas situated to take in the beautiful ocean vista. Parking was onsite and easily accessible. All aspects of the property were very clean. Bed was remarkably large and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay and the location is sensational. There was everything you needed and we were also set up the travel cot before arrival.

We had a wonderful time in Maria's Airbnb. Even the bad weather did not dampen our spirits, only our clothes. Maria told us about using Bolt a service like Uber which was absolutely great value. I suggest that everyone going to Madeira should use it. Like another review there is a lot of dog noise at night. But if windows are kept closed it is not really a problem. Highly recommend visiting Madeira and Maria's Airbnb.

We had a great time in Ribeira Brava. Impeccable house, ideal location for visiting the island, magnificent view. Great tips from Andreia to make the most of all the tips! Nothing else to say.

The house was very spacious with a panoramic view of the sea. A very big kitchen and good sized bathrooms with constant hot water. A quiet location but with quick access to main roads, which is ideal for touring the island. A great little supermarket is situated 2 minutes walk from the house and had all the supplies we needed for a week. A car is essential. Good choice of restaurants a short drive away at Calheta Beach marina. Everything considered we had an enjoyable week and would be happy to stay here again. Angela was a responsive host. Overall good apartment I would stay again + private Parking + Not far from Funchal if you have car. Walking to Funchal will be difficult + Road to get to place not supper narrow + Garden + Good bed + Wine and fruits on arrival + Good electric kettle ~ Air can be damp but opening balcony door helps immediately. This is probably due to Madeira climate ~ There are four other guest. Which might be a problem. But on our stay other guest were barely noticeable. We stayed on first floor. - Coating on pots and pans were scratched. Probably unsafe to cook on them. Best to have pots without any coating. Other kitchen appliances in good condition

I stayed in the apartment for a week and it exactly what I required. Carlos was very helpful during the check-in with local recommendations as well as providing some welcoming provisions like fruit, bread and juice in the apartment when I arrived. He was also kind enough to allow me to stay for an extra half hour after the agreed check out time. Overall a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Absolutely georgeous place! Host sent us precise instructions and video to check in and it helped enormously, everything went smooth. Apartment was very clean and tidy, comfortable bed, bedside electric plugs, one bathroom plus second toilet, fully equipped kitchen with diswasher and Nespresso coffee maker. Biggest help has been the washer and dryer because we always came a little muddy from the trails. Bonus is a big balcony with beautiful view. Overall we had a marvelous time in Madeira in Dani’s apartment, can’t recommend it enough and if I ever come back to Madeira, I surely will stay here again!

This stay at Annikka's place was a great experience. The apartment is in a great location, which allowed to be less than an hour's drive from all the activities of the island (car rental highly recommended, see mandatory). The area is quiet and the apartment has ocean views even from the bed when you wake up! It is rare to find an available space in the private parking lot of the residence if you want to park in the evening, however we have always found a place on the surrounding streets as the host had explained (in front of the Baia Azul hotel for example). Everything is well equipped and the instructions were very clear, we recommend this listing without hesitation! Laura & Rio

It was our second stay in Fatima's apartment and we were once again very satisfied. The view is spectacular and the apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped to do some cooking. Also, the restaurant at Paleihro Golf nearby is really good and closeby - if you have a car. Fatima is quick to answer any questions. Thank you for another lovely stay!

Had a wonderful time at this apartment. Close to bars, restaurants and shops. A breathtaking view of the sea for sunset lovers, it was perfect. I would highly recommend it.

Seixal is great place. It's calm and quiet (despite wonderful Ocean sound). Apartment is new and clean with beautiful view. I can definitely recommend it for active people. Tiago is very helpful. it was pretty cold and rainy during our stay and therefore it was also a little cold and wet inside apartment but Tiago organized two heaters that helped with that situation (there is no air condition or heating). There is about 100m steep climb from place where you can park to apartment and driving in from of apartment to leave all stuff can be challenging for some drivers (narrow and steep roads are everywhere in Madeira so it is nothing special). The apartment is in the attic so taller people will hit their heads (only bathroom doesn't have slopes). Some wardrobe would be nice (there is no place to take clothes from the suitcase). Despite all of this I can definitely recommend Tiago's apartment as we had a wonderful time during our stay.

This was by far the best air b and b apartment we have ever stayed in. Additionally it was wonderfully equipped. Lauren was a wonderful host. The location was perfect, close to everything you would need. Thank you so much for a memorable stay in Funchal. We will be back!
