The apartment is a delight, very safe, comfortable beds, bedding and smelling towels, very good showers. Comporta very well 3 people, great location, close to Paulista and two metro stations. The bakery in front of the hotel is a wonder aside. Hotel offers paid breakfast and lunch apart. We feel very comfortable and hope to return soon.

The apartment is located in a hotel, with super attentive and receptive staff, has parking and the hotel's receptionist performs the check in, hands over the access cards to the elevators and also the key to the apartment. Local extremely clean and the next day cleaned and cleaned up the apartment. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you.

Accommodation surprised expectations. Hosting in a castle that is one of the sights was a wonderful experience!!! The building was impeccable, very comfortable , great shower, hot water on the taps , 2 bedrooms have heating on the mattress , we used the fireplace, it was nice to taste a founde and wine in the warm. The hotel is huge , gentle staff, delicious breakfast. The host was kindly replying very quickly. I recommend the accommodation.

My stay at Walter's home was excellent! He was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay. The space is very comfortable, well maintained and with a privileged location, close to Ibirapuera Park. I'll definitely host again!

Super tidy apartment, with all the kitchen items to make snacks, clean and smelling bed and bath linen. The place is very nice, close to bars, restaurants and markets. We walked to the MASP and strolled through Paulista. Although the apartment is close to trendy places, the street is very quiet and without noise. The hostess is very attentive and provided all the information so that our stay would be even more enjoyable. We intend to return soon!

Second time I stay in Silvia's apartment. Excellent, clean, organized space and everything new with extreme good taste. Kitchen fully equipped to spend the days I spent and cooked every day. Nearby pharmacies and supermarket, a quiet neighborhood to get around by walking. Wonderful view. Anyway, perfect lodging!

Additionally, the location was great, surrounded by various restaurants and a small mall conveniently located across the street. Overall, I would recommend this place for its safety and convenient amenities.
