I only have compliments: very comfortable, well-equipped and furnished accommodation, with all the necessary utensils; very well located (close to the subway, shopping malls, restaurants, etc.); very helpful and polite hotel/condominium staff; kind and helpful host; great value for money.

Excellent stay! All impeccable! Hygiene, cleaning, first-class space, easy access. Easy communication with the host . Condominium for the first time! Easy access to the beach and complete infrastructure!

Looks just like the pictures & very comfortable. The staff in the lobby were very friendly & helpful. It is a suite with a nice view & is located in the Matiz Manhattan hotel. The noise from the street can be heard very easily (traffic, construction, etc) so that should be a consideration for light sleepers. We would stay again.

It was perfect, hotel service was excellent and the apartment is very spacious and cozy. Everything clean and the arrangement of the beds were great. The view really is amazing. I will come back more often.

Greatly located apartment with mall, market and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet for walking and the apartment is clean and matches the images of the site. Rafaela was always helpful and quickly responded to messages.

Five stars because the apt is very good value for money. It does need a little TLC though… Safe, busy neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants Go to Athenas. Good wi fi for meetings.

Ambrosio was a great help. From the beginning, her proactive communication, kindness, and the diligent way she helped me manage everything were excellent. I highly recommend this place; it has a spectacular view of the city, the facilities are super nice, and the location is very central to everything.

The same location in the description, the building has parking, which makes life much easier. We stayed to go to the Carnival at Sambromo do Anhembi and the location was excellent.

Amazing apartment! Love at first sight. Aconchegante, well-equipped, nice bed that had great dreams, the great balcony for relaxing or sunbathing in the morning. The upper area was under renovation but did not get in the way. Great Pool. Wordless Reception! All very polite and helpful. When I get back, I'll be in the same place, for sure!

Second time I stay in the apartment, and it's great, very close to Ibirapuera Park, with daily storage, restaurant on the ground floor.

It's a very good space, the condominium itself is beautiful! It's a flat, so it's small but it met all my needs and would definitely come back!! Also, I recommended it to many other people. I only have one tip: bring bath towel, only 2 are available

Excellent stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Very clean and tidy space, well equipped and with easy check-in/check-out (even though I arrived late at night). The strategic location for our demands on this visit to Sao Paulo and, even on a busy avenue, the structure of the apartment facilitates the reduction of street noises. I recommend and will be back whenever I need!

I loved staying with Márcia. Flat is exactly like in the pictures, super clean, organized and complete. Márcia is maintains the “ancient spirit of Airbnb”, where hosts, in fact, made us feel at home. The flat has soul.. it's not just a commercial space. Márcia left us pampering and very useful things that save a traveler, such as some basic medicines, first aid kit, acetona, etc.. The kitchen has several useful appliances, plus spices, teas, coffees, etc.. The location is excellent and the staff of the hotel are friendly and friendly. The building also has a small gyms, but with quality equipment. Next time in Sao Paulo I will certainly be staying with Márcia again.
