Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Santos Metropolitan Area

The apartment is a delight, very safe, comfortable beds, bedding and smelling towels, very good showers. Comporta very well 3 people, great location, close to Paulista and two metro stations. The bakery in front of the hotel is a wonder aside. Hotel offers paid breakfast and lunch apart. We feel very comfortable and hope to return soon.

Impeccable communication, very clean apartment, nice area. Swimming pool is not deep. Never went.

Paulo's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: renovated, decorated and clean. All items mentioned in the listing were available in the apartment. And honestly, on the days of my rental, I didn't miss any furniture, appliances, or utensils. I've had the opportunity to see the pool's apartments, and I certainly say that it's more worthwhile to rent Paulo's apartment (much more comfortable and renovated). The complex is excellent for the family. The ground floor restaurant serves coffee/lunch/dinner meals well. The beach is very close and has an excellent structure. Finally, I emphasize the attention and proactivity of the host, always available to answer any questions.

The apartment is located in a hotel, with super attentive and receptive staff, has parking and the hotel's receptionist performs the check in, hands over the access cards to the elevators and also the key to the apartment. Local extremely clean and the next day cleaned and cleaned up the apartment. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you.

My stay on this Easter and Tiradentes holiday was wonderful, perfect and cozy apartment all the way it is described in the announcement and I wish to return soon. The attentive and polite flat staff, I really managed to have the desired holiday regardless of the weather, very good the place I recommend 100%

My stay at Walter's home was excellent! He was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay. The space is very comfortable, well maintained and with a privileged location, close to Ibirapuera Park. I'll definitely host again!

The apartment is great! Well furnished and with daily cleaning, which exceeded our expectations. Good bedding and bedding! The location is perfect, in the Gardens, a beautiful and pleasant place. We walk a lot through the neighborhood, even at night we feel safe. Very close to Paulista Avenue, at the same time it was quiet and quiet at bedtime. We want to go back for sure!

The flat served us very well (a couple and a child )I thought it was ideal for three people. The apartment was clean and well organized ,everything within expected ,the location is a differential ,very close to the beach. We had coffee in the restaurant worth 45.00 per person , everything was very nice .Bruno always very cordial and quick to respond to us.

Apartment well located is good infrastructure

The location is very good, close to public transport options, markets and bars nearby (including Oxxo 24h across the street). The flat is small, so some spaces are a little tight to walk, like next to the bed to access the balcony, but nothing to discredit. Only a detail that those who have difficulty in mobility may have this discomfort. The flat is well equipped, great crockery and pans. I really like staying there and I will come back more often.

Another great stay! Previously, I had stayed in the other apartment, but this one is as comfortable and organized as it was. The location is perfect, it would go days and days without needing long trips.

Me and my family love the apartment. All very clean tidy and smelling, with various places to eat, gas station and mall all around. The hosts were attentive with the very clear instructions on how everything worked, I would highly recommend the site.
