A complete renovation of a 120-year-old traditional house. In pursuit of comfort, the old beams and the scent of new Kunikuzu cedar wood create a clean and calm space. -About "yori-toko"- Built in 1894, this building was 118 years old as of 2019. The building, which has been around for nearly 120 years, has been a vacant house for nearly 40 years. Once loved by neighborhood children who came to study and play, this building was renovated. Returning to its original form, it was reborn as "Fukuchi no Yado Kafu yori-toko". The name "yori-toko" is based on the owner's desire for this place to continue to be a warm place where people can gather, just as it was once a popular "place to gather". With foundation work and insulation, it has become a comfortable home for the current climate.

You can see the endless ocean and the boundary between day and night. The floor plan is 3LDK, with a spacious living and dining room for everyone to gather on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom. There are 3 western-style rooms on the 2nd floor. It is also possible for 3 groups (families) to stay. This property is an IOT-enabled accommodation, so when you book, we'll email you the door code (PIN) you'll need to check in and a URL for pre-check-in. You can stay simply and smoothly, and use it as if it were your own villa.

This is an apartment located in Ube city. Inside the room, you'll find a sauna house that you can use along with your stay. Enjoy leisurely time with your family or friends. :) There are a hair dryer and washing machine, but due to the low cost of accommodation, no amenities. Two towels are provided per 1person per 1day. *Please note that there is an additional fee for sauna usage (3,000JPY/2hours). We also have rental cycles (500JPY/1day/1person).
