It was a very quiet stay. The apartment is the same as the photos that have been shared, totally clean and fragrant. The supermarket is next door, making it much easier if you need something quickly. In addition, it is a quiet condominium and in a quiet neighborhood. Anderson responded very quickly when I needed instructions. So when I return to the city, I would like to stay in the same place.

The place is great, close to the Centre and very cozy. Matheus was very attentive and helpful, answering our questions promptly. We only have to thank you.

Extremely clean and smelling apto, close to bakery, supermarket, butcher shop, restaurants and church, a 10-minute walk to the historic center and the train station, a gym with a comfortable structure. We leave the car parked in front of the building with no problem. Nice was very helpful with several helpful recommendations, we found the flawless apt at the check in, sure it will be my choice in a new visit to São João Del Rei.

Comfortable room, good gym because it's a building's gym. The strong point is the host who was super attentive. It is necessary to walk a little to get to the sights or to a bus stop, something common for historic cities.

My family and I felt at home. Good location, super clean house. A Liliane very friendly and everything is super clean and organized. Edmilson Tbm very friendly and always replied quickly.

The stay at Karina's place was excellent. We spent 3 days during the workday holiday, and the residence surprised us, by the spacious, clean and extremely cozy space. The hostess always very cordial, served us in the best way possible. Certainly when we return to the city, we will be contacting you for a new location, I'll tell you all.
