Our vacation wouldn't be the same without the family moments we spent at Carlos and Ariadnne's place. Very careful with the details of the house, with a complete structure that fully met our needs at Christmas dinner and moments with the children. We'll be back and we'll definitely recommend it

Mr. Eduardo's house is excellent, I went with my family and we felt at home, ample and private space. Toilet paper was available, detergent and soap (this was a plus), filtered water, clean pool. Air-conditioning works well. Thank you very much, Mr. Eduardo!

Prof. Saraiva is an extremely courteous and pleasant host! In addition to the Professor's friendliness, the house has a very cozy appearance, it is an excellent size and has a great structure. My family and I really enjoyed the stay!

Our stay at Antonia's was excellent. The house was extremely clean, clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The house is large and airy. We occupy only the suite, with a very good king bed, but in all the rooms it has air-conditioning. The one who received us was Mr. Márcio, co-host, with lots of sympathy and kindness. When we go to São Luís we will host again. Would recommend it.

Technology is everything, the digital lock 100% facilitates the lives of the guests. The cleaning is amazing, nor does it appear to be a property that is rented frequently. Condomínio com mercadinho and swimming-pool. Please note: Installing a hot shower will help a lot on the cooler days.

The apartment is the same as the listing of the photos, very clean and organized the host would respond to us promptly, close to the bakery and groceries, buses pass at the condominium door and the location makes it easy to order Uber!

Good location for those who have friends in the Turu neighborhood and neighboring neighborhoods like Chácara Brasil. Access to the condominium is via Av. Gen. Arthur Carvalho and not via Rua do Bico as communicated by Airbnb. Very kind and helpful host, there is no way to complain. Problems with the apt. found right at the beginning were resolved immediately. Interior of the apt. as described and shown on the pictures. Semi-new furniture in good shape. Appliances like fridge and tmb washer are new. Quiet and cozy atmosphere. Only disadvantage: There is only one room - the other room is locked without access for guests because it houses the host's personal belongings. Would we go back ? Absolutely...

Great apartment, super clean, well organized and well equipped, the problem is the noise from the neighbors in the block and the area outside the building, great internet, great checkout time, only the location is far from the beaches and the historic center, but there is a cash-and-carry store right in front, which is great.
