Please note: Due to the construction of a new house approximately 100 meters from the property, some noise may be heard during the day. This light and cosy studio-apartment is a newly renovated one-bedroom-flat with two large beds, a complete bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette and a very comfortable living-room. WARNING Since October 1st, a tourist tax of €2/day/person must be charged for a maximum of seven days . The corresponding amount must be paid in cash on the day of check-in. This amount will then be transferred to the Funchal City Council by the host.
