Great contact with the hostess and a perfect location of the apartment for visiting friends.

Sounds good. Good location. Effective. Cozy. With a cute terrace. Be careful, however, paid parking in front and ASVP not very nice.

Vincent's stay was perfect! The perfect location to explore Orléans and super easy access to the tram and other locations. The town itself is quiet and peaceful but beautiful and everyone was incredibly friendly. The apartment was modern and clean and well stocked. When we needed something additional, the host was quick to supply it. He was very fast at responding and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall the bedroom was lovely and comfortable, but the sofa beds in the living room are not the greatest. They worked for our stay, but one is too small to fully be on, and the other is thin and on the ground. Not the worst, but not the best. However the location, the charm and the conveniences of the rest of the space completely made up for it and I would definitely recommend this stay, especially if just staying in the bedroom. Cute, pleasant and made our time in France smooth and delightful. 😊

Perfect apartment with everything you could need, right in the heart of Orleans, with lovely restaurants all around. Didn't get to meet Sandy but communications were excellent. Didn't need the aircon as the apartment is naturally cool, but good to know it was there. Location couldn't be better – highly recommended.

As part of a business trip to the area. I contacted Pedro to rent his place. From the first messages Pedro is friendly, responsive. Her place is atypical, clean and functional. The small terrace on the front is well exposed, having been lucky to have sunshine I was able to enjoy it. I had a good week. You can rent without any problem. Thank you Pedro 👍🏻

Aude is a very friendly and welcoming host. Her house is a very nice little cocoon and the floor provided is well furnished. In summary, a homestay while remaining fully autonomous!

Well, I've been here for 2 months and I thought it was a clean, accessible, right apartment. Anyway, I had a great time. Parking right in front of the house. Simple kitchen, but with the essentials. A great modern televoy. Good quality internet Perfect and easy heating. I consider all amenities to be covered in a very quiet area, beautiful and accessible to all communications in Orleans. It's not downtown, but I didn't mean it. Sidney has always given me the accurate and correct instructions, so we haven't seen each other to date because it wasn't necessary. I would rate it great if you don't mind not being in town.

We had a great time with girlfriends: the house is very clean, functional, everything is done to also enjoy the outdoors, the pool is large and really heated (it has a child safety), the hot tub is also very hot, full of garden chairs. It's a great house for a chill weekend!

I am not good at speeches. life becomes a questionnaire to find itself far away for lack of time from someone so attentive, its beautiful and very clean setting. With warm welcome and good advice nearby. Your stay will go very well and will find significant support outside of your activities on site. Anyone who wants to go there will live A know-how and care making this house as beautiful as a region to visit. We all need to feel that sometimes life is wonderful and that with the right person in a good setting, it can be forever.

Very functional, well renovated and above all very clean apartment. The sheets smell good, the bathroom and toilet are nice. The amenities are great and the small patio is great. If we go back to Orleans, we'll be happy to come back
