Viljandi Castle Rare is a 10-minute walk away. There are 4 apartments in the house and have to be mindful of the neighbors as well. There is a garden at the back of the house, a barbecue nook and a lounge nook that is shared. The apartment can accommodate 2 guests. Parking is not available in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street (150m from the house) or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi (250m). The apartment is on the side of the street.

The sauna can comfortably accommodate six people, although the terrace has room for even more people. Downstairs you can sleep on a large sofa bed, upstairs there are two large 160cm mattresses. A staircase takes you to the second floor from outside. Pillows-blankets, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a barbecue outside, but bring your own charcoal, please. There is also barrel hot tub near the river for extra cost of 60 EUR in cash.

Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
