The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7–8 km to the centre of Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg. Bus to Fredrikstad once an hour. The floor area on the first floor is approximately 115 m². This unit features two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a travel cot for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental property and do not want loud parties there.

Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything at the cabin can be used, including the boat with an electric outboard motor and the canoe. It is a sandy beach with a gentle slope and is child-friendly. A few metres out, the depth conditions are good. Enjoy a peaceful stay in this unique cottage on Hvaler. The small cabin is rural and simply furnished, with a kitchen area and sleeping area. Access to private toilet, outdoor shower, BBQ, outdoor fireplace & outdoor kitchen. The cabin is located right next to Haugetjern Nature Reserve and Ytre Hvaler National Park. From here there are good opportunities for outdoor activities such as swimming or paddling in nearby fjord waters, hiking and cycling. Possibility to rent a SUP, kayak and bicycle. Approx. 20 min by car to Fredrikstad city center and Skjærhalden

On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and a porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. Total of 8 beds The beach is within walking distance and Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad are a short drive away. Parking space with room for 3 cars. Possibility for electric car charging.

For the largest nature experience you can use the boat that is included. This is a unique place to create new memories located in a private and sheltered backyard. This is a property we use as a holiday home and want to share with others. The property is located in the middle of Halden city center with immediate proximity to EVERYTHING. The cleaning fee, which is mandatory, includes made beds when you arrive in addition to towels and the fact that we look after you. You leave the house as you found it. From July 1 to July 31, there is only rental for 3 nights or more
