Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

Between the volcanoes of Auvergne and the Millevaches plateau, a renovated 75 m2 former outbuilding on a one-hectare property in the countryside, rest assured. Located a few kilometers from Lake Bort-les-Orgues, the house is a place of tranquility ideal for adults to rest and children to explore. You can hike or mountain bike from the house, practice water activities, horseback riding, fishing in the surrounding area.

Our farm is located in a small isolated village ideally located on the hiking trails (From village to dam, Chamina..) as well as close (10 km) to Bort-les-Orgues, its aqua-recreational center and its beach 5 km. We are also at the crossroads between three departments, Corrèze, Cantal and Puy de Dôme, so you will have the choice for your tourist and sports excursions (canoeing, skiing, cycling)
