Vacation rentals with a patio in Sattahip District

Really good, the house is in a great location, right next to Pattaya Beach, it is much better value for money than staying in a hotel next door, clean and hygienic, easy to get around, to Pattaya Soi 6 (ideal for boys), Bar Street Walking Street Night Market, these places are also very convenient, by the way, the boss is very nice and friendly, and told me a lot of delicious and fun places to visit, and I will not experience such a delicious😋 and interesting place to eat and travel freely!Overall a great experience!!

Newer condo with big swimming pool and great fitness room!! Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Lenas place is wonderfull, This community is very well looked after , Clean , lots of green space for walking around , also very family friendly . I would highly recommend this place . What was so awsome the swimming pool was right outside our door. Lena has equipped her resident for long term stay as we were there for 3 months. When we had any querstion for info Lena looked after any problem immediately . The only downside would be that you are a little far away from Lena should be on the list as a supper hosts Thanks again When we come back this way we will definitely still here again.

Amazing spot for those who are looking for a bit of tranquility away from the busting city of Pattaya. Great for families, very sizeable property with plenty of space to move around and not be in each others spaces. Only surprise was that the location was not correct from the listing, so check first if it's a specific location you are looking for. For us it wasn't a big deal as we were merely looking for a nice stay than the surrounding areas. Also Bolt makes it very easy to get around if you really want to explore. They do have a nice shuttle service that you can take back and forth to the beach. All in all a great experience, we will definitely book this again if we are in the area another time!

Chitiphat was a great host. pros - close to the beach (2-3 minute walk) complimentary water/beverage and snack pool behind the building ample storage for belongings cons - bed is a bit on the stiffer side no hot water no wifi

It was very nice, one of the best places me and my mother ever had. A pool right outside the door and not crowded. Very good for the price 🙌🥰

It is a brand new apartment, the interior is warm and elegant, the bed is large and comfortable, the same private beach only needs to go through another building, about five minutes, 711 is about 10 minutes on foot, it is a little far away, just like a walk, there is a nice restaurant next door to the 711, the apartment is very good value for money, suitable for those who need quiet, recommended 5🌟

Great apartment. Very spacious, parquet floor, amazing 180 degrees view from the balcony, kitchen with all the amenities you need, living room with great tv and sofas. Very comfortable bad. The owner reply right away for any issue or question you have.

The space is beautiful and very well taken care of, with modern layout. Hosts were kind, hospitable, and chill. Great view of the gulf and great layout. Essentials on hand. For my family of 4 with teen girls the space was PERFECT. Wish we were closer to Pattaya, and local nightlife but place was centrally located to tourist attractions so worked well. Host extremely attentive and friendly. Waterfront view which feels serene, local spot diagonally across with great food and reasonable rates. Highly recommend. A small local grocery near by as well. Good for basics like bread, butter, water, etc. The swanky hotel venues to the left and right are pretty pricy, choose wisely. There is a dude just across that may occasionally vibe out on karaoke. NBD for my family. if you have young kids that need to go to bed on the earlier side (before 8 pm), this may not be ideal. Otherwise a great spot and worth the stay!

We had a fantastic stay! Firstly, Thonchaya was an amazing host—always incredibly quick to respond and made everything so easy. The apartment itself was perfect: spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location is ideal—attached to a 5-star resort, we had access to stunning beachfront facilities and gorgeous pools, including a great kids’ pool that my son loved. It’s a little out from the busy centre, which suited us perfectly, but still close enough for easy trips to malls and kids’ attractions. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back in the near future!
