Tôi rất hài lòng về chỗ ở này. Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, có mây giặt và sào để phơi quần áo. Có một hồ bơi rất rộng để bạn bơi thỏa thích, giống như là một dòng sông bao quanh. Từ chỗ ở đi ra biển khá gần và thuận tiện. Chủ nhà nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Đi đến cửa hàng 7-Eleven gần nhất khoảng 500m.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Yujia ist sehr freundlich und ein netter Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber!

真心不错，房子位置极佳，就在芭提雅海滩旁边，比去住旁边的酒店性价比高太多，干净卫生，出行方便，到芭提雅6巷(男生的理想之地)，酒吧街步行街夜市这些地方也非常方便，对了，老板人很好，也很热情，告诉了我很多好吃好玩的地方，估计跟着旅行团或者自由行，都不会体验到那么好吃😋和有趣的地方！总体来说超棒的一次体验！

Nice apartment with an awesome view. Secured building, with a clean pool and 24hr reception. Did not get to meet Alexander, but communication was easy. Located about 15 min walk to local plaza with currency exchange and shops and night food market. There are two beach cafes right next to the property's beach. good place, I recommend!

The place is clean and has everything as mentioned. We trust that the host hires a professional cleaner and laundry service, so the cleanliness, linens, and towels are of hotel-equivalent quality, which is very satisfying. The place is well maintained—it is not new but is still in good condition. The host paid close attention to our booking. We had seven people, when we arrived, we found an extra rollaway futon in the living room. Kitchen equipment and utensils are sufficient, allowing us to prepare a quick breakfast ourselves. The view from the room has a slight flaw, as the room is on the 8th floor and the ocean view is partially blocked by the hotel building in front. However, we can still enjoy a sea view. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would not hesitate to visit the place again in the future.

Great place to stay with direct pool access and washing machine. Also bed is excellent. Great interior design as all units in Azur.

До моря 10 минут пешком и вы очутитесь на секретном пляже уединенном с чистой водичкой ! Мы в восторге ! Отметили день рождения и отдохнули всей компанией на семейной вилле, спасибо ! В честь дня рождения нас ждала бутылочка брюта , неожиданно и очень приятно ! Сервис на высоте ✨❤️

A Perfect Stay with an Amazing Host Our stay at this villa was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The villa itself was stunning—exactly as depicted in the photos, if not better. It was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool and outdoor area were cleaned daily, which made it a perfect space to unwind and relax without any worries.

Chonlatee is a very good host. She gave us a lot of help. Maybe because I went there with my families and my families like cooking, she took us to the wet market to buy local food and experience local people's life. The house is very good. Good hygiene condition and the house is fully furnished. With the aim of Chonlatee, we went to some special places for relaxing. Come and ask her when you book her wonderful house if you wanna know! Thanks again for the help. Definitely will come with my friends in this house in the future.

ที่พักสวยมาก เหมือนในรูป ทางเข้าค่อนข้างลึกลับนิดหน่อย แต่คุ้มค่าจริงๆค่ะ วิวสวยมากๆ เหมือนในรูปเลย ไม่ผิดหวังค่ะ เพื่อนๆชอบกันทุกคน ในห้องนอนสามารถนอนได้ถึง3คน/ห้อง ห้องทำกิจกรรมโอเคเลยค่ะ อยู่กัน6คนกำลังพอดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีพร้อมมาก ที่ทำป๊อปคอร์นน่ารักมากจริงๆ ห้องพักสะอาดหมดจด ห้องหอมมากๆ สระว่ายน้ำสวยสะอาดน่าเล่น ทางที่พักได้เตรียมน้ำแข็ง ถ่านสำหรับปิ้งย่างให้ด้วย ขอบคุณ Mr.Douglas สำหรับการดูแลที่ดีมากๆค่ะ

Villa is located sea front and well maintain. Three bed room actually can fire for 9 pax but recommend max 6 pax is more convenience. Towel & equipment is clean, owner prepare Pop-corn station and 10 bottles of water in refrigerator. Salt swimming pool is very nice. Order food from Klua Samaesar restaurant is very convenient ( Menu at villa ) but wait 45-60 mins. Moo krata and Jim Jum also available, yummy and reasonable price. Overall we love this place and will come back again later.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Appropriate for long term stay. Convenient supermarket nearby. 7-Eleven is even closer. When you stay for an extended period of time, there are some issues that come up, but the post responds and takes care of them immediately.　In addition, the staff member, NARA, is a wonderful lady who does what we intend to do. We will definitely stay here again.

An amazing stay in the perfect location! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks much better in person than in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The best surprise was the powerful air conditioner, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but made our stay incredibly comfortable, especially in the hot weather. Orada was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—you can walk directly to the beach as soon as you step out of the facility, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing seaside stay. Considering how expensive Pattaya is getting, this place is excellent value for money. Close to everything yet peaceful, it’s truly a hidden gem. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

За 20 лет зимовки в Таиланде, это наверное лучшая квартира, где мы останавливались и лучший хозяин! Квартира была чистая, это наверное первый раз, когда я не бежала в магазин докупать вешалки или сушилки. Было абсолютно всё, что нужно для комфорта. Легкое заселение, теневая сторона. А самая большая благодарность хозяину, за его отзывчивость и заботу. Был на связи 24/7. Решал сразу все возникающие вопросы и просьбы. Я надеюсь вернуться опять
