Vacation rentals in Saunavaara

The four of us spent a week at Villa Havu and enjoyed the time very much! The house is extraordinarily beautiful, very clean and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Villa Havu is located in a bright forest with some houses in sight and is very quiet and private. The surrounding area invites you to stroll. Katja is a great, helpful hostess! We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole place is very cozy. The snowshoes and cross-country skis to rent and try were also great, you can start strolling right in the neighborhood. We worked remotely for 3 days during our stay, which also worked well, only for two parallel videocalls the internet was not sufficient.

Thank you Virpi for welcoming us into your lodge! What an amazing stay, the cabin was beautiful and warm during some freezing days! The sauna is amazing and we really felt like we where in a winter wonderland. I would highly recommend this lodge to family and friends. Our week was fantastically beautiful! Maxence and Stephanie were super nice hosts. Always available for any questions and requests you had. The place and the proximity to their great dogs was just awesome. Every excursion/activity that M&S organized and undertook for us was uniquely beautiful! Thank you for EVERYTHING!! We had a wonderful week! Very nice cabin, well equipped, wonderfully located! Jenny was always available immediately and took care of everything. Sauna had failed was immediately repaired, an alternative sauna provided in another cabin for one day and as compensation we got an excursion to the reindeer. Excellent service! Thank you for a great week!

Annukka's house is just perfect, perfect location, beautiful surroundings, it had everything we could ever need to enjoy our stay plus more. we felt so at home and had a perfect family Christmas here. could not wish for anything more. Annukka also went above and beyond if we needed any help or advice.

Very helpful host. Guided all possible things to be taken tare or to know before we reach there. The cottage is located located bit far from city locality, so a perfect place if you are looking for a calm peaceful vacation. Just a 100/200 meters walk - and you could stand beside the lake. Or take a walk in the trails of woods. Look through the windows - eyes will go beyond the horizon. Serenity is all around the place. Talking about the cottage, its supper equipped with almost everything that one could need to enjoy the stay. Specially the kitchen - you find every single thing for your cooking need. Loved it! Living rooms and bedrooms were very clean and tidy. Comfortable living room furnitures to relax with family or friends with a cup of coffee or even with drinks. Mobile network connectivity was excellent. Special thing to mention about the cottage location from our opinion is about northern lights. The cottage is situated probably best to enjoy northern light during the winter.
