Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Savanna

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Suite Victory in Galena, Illinois. We visited in the off season so the town was pretty quiet. Suite Victory in centrally located and once we found our private parking space and managed the hilly entrance to our Suite, we were all good. Our Suite was clean, comfortable and easy on the eyes, very restful, just what we needed. We loved the U.S. Grant Museum and bookstore, a short walk from our stay. We bought a stack of books and laid around and read most of the time. Breakfast at Charlie’s Place downstairs was awesome (we went twice!). I cooked one night, had everything I needed, but a can opener. Ashlee helped me get to a gourmet cook’s shop next door to Charlie’s to find one. We ate at Fried Green Tomatoes one night and Paradise Bar and Grill another, both were good.

In this part of Western Illinois, this is certainly the nicest place to stay that I've found. It really does feel very much like home. Great design touches. Extremely comfy bed. It's a winner for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at the Johnson! We were able to hear the band playing downstairs at the Grape Escape, but it didn't bother us one bit. There were earplugs provided, but we didn't need them. The apartment was cozy and perfect for our weekend getaway. Highly recommend staying here!

We truly enjoyed everything about our stay! Being centrally located in Galena we found ourselves exploring downtown but also having plenty of time to enjoy our place. We loved the fireplace, steam shower, the fresh water station and of course how adorable the place was decorated! We look forward to our next visit!

I’ve stayed here before and absolutely loved it and this time was no different! We will definitely be back when we come to Galena next.

Great place to stay. I come out to visit family a lot and would rebook here in future. She’s very sweet and sent me some activities we could do while I was there. Also, so satisfied with the toilet paper and bath towel stock.

Fabulous Airbnb; very clean and comfortable. Howard is a great host with out of this world communication; very attentive and quick to respond with any questions.

I had a delightful stay. The house was exactly as described. The back deck overlooking the river made for a great place to eat, read, and relax. The house is just a few minutes away from Palisades Park. Everything was extremely clean and the bed super comfortable! Jim was always quick to respond to any questions.

Stayed here with family. Easy to find. Quiet. Layout worked out well. 3 bathrooms! Able to block off stairs. traveled with a senior dog with a bad knee. Kitchen had anything we needed. Relaxing after a day at Chesnut Mountain. Beds comfortable, bathrooms spotless. husband enjoyed the puzzle ball game. Nicely decorated to reflect the holiday season!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, charming, cozy and comfortable, and as described. Plus there were several welcome hospitality touches. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - deck, hot tub, view, etc. The location was quiet and peaceful. Doreen's communications were always prompt and she provided timely, helpful information. We would definitely stay again and recommend the place and working with Doreen.

Beautiful and peaceful home surrounded by nature. We were looking to “unplug” and spend quality time together. We loved the pond, birdwatching and the hot tub on cold nights. The house is perfect and has everything you need. Downtown Galena is only a short ride away and we enjoyed learning about its rich history. Thank you for letting us into your cozy home.

Perfect stay for our girls’ getaway! We stayed here to celebrate our bride-to-be, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing—just a short distance from the shops in Galena, which made exploring so easy. Excellent Airbnb experience

The Owl House is THE PERFECT stay for your visit to Galena! Cozy & inviting. Every appointment carefully thought out from furniture to dishes, linens to toiletries, appliances to snacks, we could not have asked for more! Cozy blankets to snuggle under, lavish leather couch, all top-end appliances, warm gas stove to take the chill off. The feel of this home is 100% Galena! Perfect walking distance to shops, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. Just perfection! Thank you so much Chris & Jayne! You were wonderful to work with.

Our family had a fantastic job at Dan's place. The location is great - close enough to the Eagle Ridge Inn and Owners Club, but very private location with a beautiful view of the lake. The unit had everything we need and was much larger than the pictures made it seem. Galena had great shopping and restaurants. Galena Territory Owners Club indoor pool was perfect for the kids. I'd recommend staying here anytime we make it back to Galena Territory!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It's a 10 min drive from downtown Galena in a quiet wooded area with paved trails that you can take to the nearby amenities. The place was clean, quiet, and the bathtub was amazing! The gym and indoor/outdoor pool are very nice but about 1.5 miles from the condo which wasn't stated anywhere (or at least not anywhere we saw) and was a little disappointing but overall wasn't a huge deal. The restaurant is a short walk through the trails or you can drive to it. It's right next door. Also, the initial message you get after booking with the rules and asking to email them out of the app was a little daunting and not normal for Airbnb bookings. It just had a less "homey" experience that you expect from Airbnb. It made me slightly nervous but after everything I would certainly stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay in Galena! We felt right at home. It was a perfect distance away from downtown, which was easily driveable, and absolutely quiet surroundings. We had everything we needed and was a great set up! Great communication with host and detailed responses about restaurant recommendations, directions to the home and check out instructions. Absolutely a must stay when traveling to Galena!

This is a clean and well kept property. I have stayed here 3 times, and will return in the future.

The place is about 5 miles from Galena but not a bad drive to town. If possible, stay in a suite that has a view. Beautiful to wake up to & star gaze at night. The pool is big, the hot tub is hot, the fitness center is well-equipped, & the kid's rec room also. The lobby is huge with a nice fireplace. The suites are large & like a nice, small apartment. It was fun going thru the many shops downtown. Make sure you take some time to tour Galena's many beautiful old homes & buildings. Visit the visitors center by the river in the old depot & have breakfast or lunch across the street at Ottos'. Love this town!

Had a wonderful stay at Barbra’s place. Very inviting an well decorated, beautiful view over the Mississippi River where we viewed gorgeous sun rises and hunter moon reflection over the water. Highly recommend staying at Barbra’s place if your travel’s bring you to this area.
