Welcome to the boathouse right by the lake! The perfect place all year round to recharge the batteries or have as a starting point for excursions. On summer days, you start the day with a morning swim from the dock before sitting on the balcony for a good breakfast overlooking the lake. On autumn and winter days, you can light a fire in the fireplace and take a winter swim before setting the table for breakfast in the kitchen, still with the same nice view of the lake. If you want to go into Gothenburg, it's only a 7-minute walk to the bus.

Located on a quiet street in Sävedalen you will find this lovely apartment. The property consists of two floors with a total of 5 rooms. Floor 1 with two bedrooms and a living room. The loft consists of a large kitchen and living room with nice light. It also includes a large fresh bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom. There is access to a garden. Proximity to Delsjöns outdoor area and swimming area at Härlandatjärn. 12 minutes by bus to Gothenburg C and there is a tram from Östra Sjukhuset to Liseberg/Avenyn.

Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
