Charm, quiet, park, in the city center... and private parking in addition! Come and recharge your batteries or make a stopover in an 18th century property, a Historic Monument, as charming outside as inside and located in the old town. You can enjoy a lovely park with large terraces, backed by the hill. You will find garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and games. Only the bells of the Cathedral, and again, and the song of the birds will disturb the calm of the place.

Welcome to an independent part of my house, located 15 min from Le Mans city center, 10 min from the 24h circuit and 5 min from the European Cheval Pole. The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outside thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is blocked when it is rented).
