“Okaeri” is an absolute beachfront townhouse situated directly behind the sand dunes of Murray’s Beach in beautiful Sunny Sawtell. “Okaeri” translates to “welcome home” in Japanese, and that’s exactly how we want you to feel. The end townhouse with direct frontage onto the green beach bush reserve. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and awake to the sound of the birds. Sawtell Getaway

This neat two bedroom holiday apartment is located only 100m from the pristine Sawtell beach and a 250m stroll from the trendy Main Street. Guests will enjoy two spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms offer a queen bed and single mattress. The open plan kitchen and living offers fully equipped cooking facilities, as well as a lounge area leading on to the elevated balcony overlooking the pool. Guests can also utilise the shared BBQ, pool and alfresco dining facilities.

We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

'Boatsheds' Sawtell Beach

The 'Boatsheds' at Sawtell beach is a fully renovated unique funky apartment. Nothing is closer to the beach, estuary, & headland. Walk out the door to surf, swim, paddle board, fish, or walk 5 min to Sawtell village shops, best coffee & eats. Sawtell cinema, pub, & club, feature in the small village like atmosphere. The golf course is alright too. Suitable for a weekend or a week, it is comfortable, fully self contained with kitchen, laundry, BBQ deck, and peaceful surroundings.

Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway at this luxurious cottage nestled in a pretty garden setting. A great place to call home for a night or a week! Only 1 minute from the highway, 5 minutes to beautiful Sawtell Beach, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. Close to Coffs Airport, Coffs Hospital, Bonville Golf Club, Coffs Stadium and Southern Cross University. We have an Adult Only policy, the space is not suitable for children or babies.

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

7 on May is a self contained, newly built guest suite. The accomodation has easy parking and a private entrance. It is situated on a quiet street with a queen bedroom, well appointed bathroom, large open-plan living space and a private courtyard. A short, level stroll to the centre of Sawtell Village takes you to the beach, cafes, restaurants, clubs & pubs and boutique shopping.
