On 90 square meters, you are surrounded by a mix of styles of antiques and design icons from Baroque to the present. You will stay on 75 square meters, in a lovingly renovated, state-of-the-art old building apartment in industrial style, with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, cozy bedrooms with smart TV and a noble living room with dining area. The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Cozy 2-room apartment near the city center. Supermarket, small kiosk, ice cream shop and hospital around the corner. Public transport is a 5-10 minute walk away. Plauen city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. We offer a fully furnished apartment that is perfect for short trips or long stays. Families are also always welcome with us.
