Visit our studio apartment! We rent out our newly built guest apartment with a large kitchen, bedroom and children's room, work facilities, garden access and a very nice bathroom... You can expect many DIY designs and there is a garden sauna that can be used. The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the Elbe and not far from Schillerplatz with the Blue Wonder. Bus and tram connections to the city center are easily accessible in about 3 minutes.

This special place has a very special style. Air conditioning, as well as a small kitchen with espresso machine are at your disposal. The private small terrace as well as access to the canal invite you to swim and relax. 2 bicycles and a small boat can be used by my guests for free. Stand Up Padel available for a small fee. Fantastic tours possible. A table tennis table and a badminton game are also available to my guests free of charge.

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is right on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.
