It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. Lakeside house

Imagine: An idyllic little holiday home directly on the beach of a lake surrounded by nature and relaxation and not far for a trip to the exciting big city..... Isn't there? RIGHT! Your perfect holiday is waiting for you : at the Haus am See am Markkleeberger See near Leipzig The garden area was also completed in June. It was the last hurdle after a 2-year renovation. We have left it in its natural state at the front of the house and I am still happy with what is sprouting there.

Very quietly located house in idyllic surroundings on a 2400 square meter property, completely fenced. Directly on the Spree and only 100 meters from the Spreeradweg , canoe available. Ideal for cyclists, anglers and nature lovers. Nearest supermarket 8 km Restaurants 3 km away. 10 km to Spremberg, 25 km to Cottbus. Visit our studio apartment! We rent our newly developed guest apartment with large kitchen-living room, bedroom and children's room, work facilities, garden access and very nice bathroom... Many DIY designs await you. The apartment is located in a quiet side street about 1 km away from Schillerplatz with the blue wonder. The Elbe and the Elbe Trail are roughly 200 meters away. Bus and tram connections to the city center are easily accessible in about 3 minutes.

The dream house with its 120 square meters of living space is not only directly on, but partly on the lake. Arrive and switch from "0 to 100" in the holiday mode, so describe the previous guests. Peace, pure relaxation and if you want it lively, the center of Leipzig is 25 minutes away by car. The 40 sqm lake terrace with lounge invites you to relax and if you like it more sporty, a canoe, two sup, two bikes and a ping pong table provide exercise. Welcome!

This special place has a very special style. Air conditioning, as well as a small kitchen with espresso machine are at your disposal. The private small terrace as well as access to the canal invite you to swim and relax. 2 bicycles and a small boat can be used by my guests for free. Stand Up Padel available for a small fee. Fantastic tours possible. A table tennis table and a badminton game are also available to my guests free of charge.

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is right on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.
