Monthly Rentals in Sayulita

Had a fantastic stay at Carlos’s place. It was just as described, new and super clean, including the pool area. It had everything we needed and it really wasn’t lacking in any area. The location was great, a short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants. Check in was super easy. I would definitely recommend.

Worth the money. About 10-15 min from the center. Quiet place at nighr; you can hear passing cars during the day. Some construction going on on the site, but it is nicely separated and does not bother you much. I would book it again.

Wonderful stay. Miriam was quick to respond to any questions. Having air conditioning & fans was wonderful. Only negatives for this unit was the shower head (needs to be replaced) and the patio door handle (loose). The location is at the far end of town by a main road so it can be loud at night.

I adored spending five weeks at this little treasure of a place with an awesome deck under a fabulous Parota tree. I came to Sayulita to "work-from-a-warm-place" and Maria's Longboard Heaven #5 filled the bill. On the whole the internet was good and could support online zoom sessions with clients. At times I turned off the camera to help with streaming. Sayulita is a very festive and lively town. You have to be prepared that some nights you won't sleep well with the sounds of drums and beats coming up from the town center. That just comes with the territory, but on the whole I was able to handle it (with a very good pair of earphones). Other times it was peaceful and all one could hear was the roar of the ocean surf filling the night air. I'm not such a fan of Sayulita beach, but a with a pleasant 45-minute walk (and I love to walk) I could enjoy the wild surge, rocks, sunset and seaside beauty of Los Carricitos beach. I appreciated Maria's responsiveness and helpfulness!
