Monthly Rentals in Scarborough

I was there for 155 days and was very comfortable. I enjoyed the view and the area, shops, restaurants, etc. My host was extremely friendly!! I highly recommend staying here if you enjoy the beach!!

The rental was perfect for a quiet getaway. All of the appliances and furniture were very clean, modern and comfortable. The stairs to reach the loft are large and easy to navigate. A great find for a solo traveler or couple!

One of the best stays I had ever! Excellent neighborhood of new houses, parking just outside the front door, easy check in. The house is great for a couple like us. Shower is fine, bed is comfortable and living room is roomy. Although I didn’t cook, I couldn’t help to notice it had everything for those who intend to. Everything is brand new, including sheets and towels.

Very clean and great location. Close to the airport and a short drive to the highway to get wherever you're going. Tucked away just outside of Portland, Westbrook, and downtown Gorham with lots of convenient options for restaurants, groceries, gas, coffee, and even local farms. The two units above the barn share walls, but we never heard the other guests during our stay. There was mild noise from the road and planes (due to proximity to the airport and landing patterns) but nothing white noise won't block out from a fan or music streaming app. After a while we didn't even notice it. Jessica was super quick with her responses and I would definitely stay here again!
