Monthly Rentals in Šćedro

This is a very special place. Relaxing and beautiful. The apartment itself is comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a restful stay. It was an experience for us too to live in a solar-powered house. It was reassuring to know that there are backup facilities for days with little sunlight. The location is unique and just beautiful -- the view of the ocean, the sound of the waves, the Zavala path and the olive groves. We spent many quiet hours on the secluded beach that is a minute's walk down, had lovely walks with our dog in the mornings, had a nice barbecue with our neighbors, visited the charming towns of the island and enjoyed the terrace and its spectacular view. The genuine hospitality of Pero and Fabijan was an experience in itself. We were warmly welcomed, always got a swift and caring response to our questions and received proactive messages, for example, of traffic notifications that were posted in town only in Croatian. We felt very well looked-after.

Šćedro is absolutely beautiful. We felt so grateful to have found Jasna’s Airbnb and to be able to stay here. We really enjoyed being able to walk to deserted beaches, visit the ruined monastery and spend the day on the beach right outside the apartment. Jasna was a wonderful host. The crossing from Zavala was straightforward, as was the check in and we were quickly equipped with maps of the island. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything you could need for a short or long stay. We ate all our meals at the family’s restaurant and the food was both good value and delicious. It was simply the perfect place to relax.

A beautiful apartment, bringing the heritage of the local area to the guests who stay there. The apartment was clean, tidy and had good temperature control. The bathroom was clean, and fairly spacious with a large shower, only downside to the bathroom was it being downstairs and having to climb the spiral staircase every-time you needed to go to the bathroom, this was fine for myself and my partner but I don't think some of my older relatives would be able to do this.. so something to keep in mind if booking this stay. The kitchen was well equipped and very modern and clean. The bedroom was a really nice room it was on the second floor with loads of natural lighting! Very spacious but a warm cosy feel! Also a lovely open balcony in the living area to allow some natural lighting in and good for looking out into the surrounding views A very special Airbnb, one we will visit again! We couldn’t have asked for a more caring, warm and responsive host. Bojana went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable and taken care of, often going above and beyond to provide assistance like transportation and local recommendations. Her apartment is charming with an amazing view and so close to the local coffee shops and restaurants. We were there over the winter holidays and despite the cold weather, the apartment was cozy and warm. We highly recommend Bojana as a host and Jelsa as a place to visit. Our recent visit strengthened our desire to return to Jelsa and Bojana’s seaside apartment with a charming view.
