Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Schaerbeek

Daniel a été extrêmement réactif et disponible à notre arrivée, il nous a donné de très bons conseils sur ce qu'il y a à faire et à voir sur Bruxelles ainsi que les moyens de transports. L'appartement est très bien situé et calme, à proximité de toutes les commodités, pas besoin de voiture pendant la durée de notre séjour.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Yoni: propre, bien situé et très confortable. Tout était conforme à l’annonce. Je recommanderai sans hésiter ce logement, et je reviendrai avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente ! Encore merci et à bientôt. A.

Laurie ist top zuverlässig und die Kommunikation war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls super. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und kleine Cafes - vor allem am Place du Chatelain, der ganz in der Nähe ist. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich nebenan und ebenso die Strassenbahn, für weitere Strecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le logement est propre et très bien décoré. Des petites attentions nous attendaient a notre arrivée, fortement appréciée après un long voyage. les lits étaient très confortable, pour nous, notre bébé et notre fille de 6ans. Le sauna dans la salle de bain permet vraiment de se détendre après une grosse journée, c'est un vrai plus ! l'environnement est sécurisant et sécurisé. la proximité de la voie rapide n'est absolument pas dérangeante la nuit.

très joli et lumineux appartement. tous les équipements nécessaires à disposition. Mariya a été reactive dans nos échanges. le quartier est agréable et propose plusieurs bars et restaurants. le point positif du logement sont les 2 patio/balcon qui permettent de profiter de l'extérieur. je recommande 👍🏼

Η Μαριάνθη μας περίμενε υπομονετικά τρεις ώρες να μας υποδεχτεί, καθώς είχαμε καθυστέρηση με το αεροπλάνο. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Αν και είναι σε απόσταση από το κέντρο, η θέα του είναι καταπληκτική, οι συγκοινωνίες άψογες και η γειτονιά ήσυχη.Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was comfortable, peaceful, and conveniently located near the main square and other attractions. The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it easy if you are carrying heavy suitcases. The host is also very nice. We recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Very impressed with the work and dedication to Creating an amazing space. As an engineer the stairs just captivated me. The design and attention to detail makes this Air b n b stand out for me. The area was lovely and most importantly the locals couldn't do enough for us,really friendly area Flemish people are great and that comes from an Irish person who would be the friendly nation. Well done for me.

We are a family with 2 boys and stayed at "La Chênaie Moderne” for a month in August 2024. We had a fantastic time! The accommodation is a spacious and clean space and reflects totally the description provided. It is in excellent condition: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, good wifi, free parking, numeric lock for the entrance door. We loved the enormous plants in the living room! Very welcoming! Towels and bed linen were provided. The host Frédéric is very kind, responsive, and supportive. The location is ideal for a quiet stay, Uccle is lovely neighborhood, and it is about 10ish-min drive to the commercial areas at Avenue de Waterloo and Saint-Job. You can visit easily the most enchanting woods in the city Bois de la Cambre. You can reach Brussels in 20 min by car and 40 min by public transport. Two bus lines (37 and 43) stop just right around the corner. We are very happy and grateful, and we could not have had better accommodation! Highly recommended!

Nous avons séjourné trois jours dans cette villa et c'était tout simplement incroyable, incroyable, incroyable ! La villa est parfaitement aménagée, chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé. La localisation est idéale, à quelques minutes seulement de Bruxelles. Le cadre est tout simplement parfait, voire idyllique, avec une ambiance relaxante et des paysages magnifiques. Tout était absolument parfait, dépassant toutes nos attentes. Cette villa fait désormais partie de nos coups de cœur, et c'est certain que nous y reviendrons. Le propriétaire mérite une mention spéciale : 10/10 sans hésitation ! Il est avant tout humain, compréhensif, et toujours disponible. La communication était fluide et agréable, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette villa à 100 %, véritable perle rare

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans le logement, complètement conforme à la description. Quartier calme et proche des transports. L’arrêt de bus est à quelques minutes à pieds et en 25 min de bus nous sommes dans le centre ville, parfait pour nous.

Brüssel ist definitiv eine Reise wert! Der "Garten" war verwuchert und wirklich nur zum kurzen "Erleichtern" für den Hund geeignet. Generell ist Brüssel, bzw. wahrscheinlich ganz Belgien, ein Land der krassen Gegensätze. Beispiel: Es gab eine, bestimmt mega teure, intelligente, Sensor- Duscharmatur(die uns den letzten Nerv geraubt hat), dafür war die Treppe zum Garten für uns praktisch nicht benutzbar und das Edelstahlgeländer wacklig... :-) Nathalie hat uns allerdings so super per Mail betreut, dass da locker drüber hinweg gesehen werden kann!! Es würde sofort geantwortet und es gab tolle Tipps und Tricks für ganz Brüssel. Mit dem Bus dauert es eine halbe Stunde ins Zentrum. Gerne wieder!!

Stayed at Hanne's place for 4 nights with the family with children. We have had a very pleasant stay, rooms were comfortable, clean and felt like at home. It was in a quite area about 25min away from Brussels and near green spaces. Would highly recommend!

Mes amis et moi avons vraiment apprécié le séjour passé à Halle. La maison est très belle, spacieuse et de plus, tout est propre et bien rangé. Elena est très réactive et a toujours été disponible pour nous répondre. Nous nous sommes bien amusés (et nous nous sommes un peu trop emportés niveau sonore) tellement nous étions à l'aise. Malgré cela, l'hôte est restée très courtoise, et bienveillante. Nous recommandons ce logement.

De woning is heel licht en ruim. Nog meer dan je door de foto's zou verwachten. De omgeving is rustig en toch heel dicht bij het centrum. Munire is heel aardig en behulpzaam. We voelden ons meer dan welkom. En bonus was dat er 2 lieve katten in huis waren. Ik voelde mij er erg thuis.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Vigan se déplace pour le check in. Il est très gentil et a fait le tour de l’appartement avec nous. Le logement est spacieux et calme. Il se situe à seulement 25 minutes à pied du centre ville. Sinon le tramway est juste à côté. Quelques restaurants dans le quartier et une grande surface juste à côté. Parking gratuit à 10 minutes de marche. Je recommande ce logement qui permet d’être au calme mais en même temps de visiter la ville à pied.

Mooie locatie en prima ligging! Alles was super geregeld. Zelfs afgehaald van het station. Een heerlijk verblijf voor een paar dagen Gent.

Very convenient and spacious studio supplied with almost everything you can think of. The lift in the building is really helpful since we carry luggages. It is superb for vacation but also a sweet home. Stephane is such a thoughtful host and I bet he is a loving father too.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Zu den Öffis ist es nicht weit und mit einem schönen Spazieegagng kann man die Altstadt in 40 Minuten erreichen. Ein Parkplatz ist tatsächlich gut zu finden und in der Nähe der Wohnung sind viele Ladesäulen. Das Eckcafé gegenüber der Wohnung ist eine Topadresse z Frühstücken. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

I’ve stayed here twice now and I can’t say enough good things. Everything is amazing! The place is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could ever need. Peter is the best host ever - he’s always there to help and his responses are super quick. You won’t regret booking! You’ll love it!

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights and the host was lovely. Very friendly and willing to help and the place is accurately described. Neighborhood is very cute and quiet and the walk to town is around 25-30 minutes, so bus may be more efficient. We did not try the restaurants around us, but grocery and restaurants are all within a 15min walk. The door to the room is connected to the rest of the home and does not have a lock, but as two girls we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Overall the place was nice and I would recommend.
