Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

Gemütlich eingerichtete, großzügige Ferienwohnung am Rande des Leipziger Auenwaldes. Das Frühstück und die Abende genießt du auf der überdachten Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei. Die City von Leipzig erreichst du mit der Straßenbahn (Haltestelle in ca. 2 min. Fußweg) in ca. 30 Minuten. Die Wohnung liegt am Elsterradweg zwischen Leipzig und Halle. Bis zur Autobahn sind es ca. 6 km. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätte ca. 300 m zu Fuß. Der Bäcker hat auch Sonntags geöffnet.

Die Unterkunft liegt im historischen Stadtkern. In 5 min gelangt Ihr zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle und Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs sowie Pizzalieferdiensten. Kostenlose Parkplätze findet Ihr unweit der Unterkunft (ca. 1 Minute) Zur Autobahn sind es weniger als 5 Minuten. Also ideal für eine kurze Rast bevor die Reise weiter geht. Oft ist das Haus nicht buchbar, obwohl es eigentlich frei ist. Fragt also gern nach, wenn es spontan sein muss oder Ihr länger bleiben möchtet.

Combine your city trip with a little nature. A few minutes' walk away is Lake Auensee and the entrance to the almost endless Auwald for hikes, bike tours and other activities. The concert hall "Haus Auensee" is a 15-minute walk away. In the other direction, you get on the tram 150 m away and are in the city center in 20 minutes without changing trains for various sights. Supermarket and restaurants can be found within 200 m.

Leipzig Central Station is accessible by tram (which can be reached on foot in 6 minutes) within 30 minutes. There is also a shopping facility within a 5-minute walk. Certainly you can get one or the other extra from me by arrangement.:)
