The ideal accommodation for quiet nights in the countryside and ideal transport connections can be found in the basement loft of our cosy, family villa. A fully equipped kitchenette, an open rain shower and the parking space in front of the door offer all modern comforts. The S-Bahn lines S1 and S7, which are within walking distance, have excellent transport connections to the trade fair (15min), to the city west(20min) and east (30min), to Potsdam (15min) and to all public transport day/night.

Close to Schlachtensee, very quiet one-room apartment with a small separate, fully equipped kitchen in an old German half-timbered house, built in 1895, in the countryside, 1st floor, balcony, separate access, with S-Bahn line 1, the city, Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate are quick and easy to reach, 15 minutes to Potsdam, 7 minutes to the city highway/Avus.TV, Wi-Fi, coffee and Nespresso machine, dishwasher, non-smoking, vegetarian house. Free parking directly in front of the house.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen am Waldrand ist von einem verwunschenen Garten umgeben. Vom Wohnzimmer aus lädt eine hübsche Südterrasse zum draußen Sitzen ein. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind offen zum Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Sofa, das sich ausziehen lässt. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Blick über den Garten und ein Bad mit großer Dusche. Von hier aus kann man herrliche Radtouren zum Wannsee machen, Potsdam besuchen und ist schnell mit der S-Bahn in Berlin.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

Ideal for families, business travelers, couples and long stays.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
