Very easy to reach - Weimar World Cultural City with Buchenwald, Erfurt, Jena with Goethe and Schiller, as well as an environment with lots of greenery and a mild climate. Saale cycling trail about 500 m away.

Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent my 34 m² 1.5-room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows the shortest routes to culture, sightseeing, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the Saale beach and in the Paradies Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. The apartment has a comfortable and uncomplicated leather sofa (140/200), on which you can not only sit well, but also sleep comfortably for two. A seating area in the garden invites you to linger. Cooking is not possible. A refrigerator, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle and egg cooker are provided.
