The cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. Living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with shower is at your disposal here. There are sleeping possibilities for max. 4 - 5 people. We now have a beautiful new double bed (1.40m wide) and two single beds in the bedroom. This allows 3 - 4 people to sleep very comfortably. They also have their own parking space on our property at their disposal.

As a former Royal Saxon Bobbin School and later branch of the Academy of Fine Arts, the building is now privately owned and is inhabited by us as the owner and family with 4 children.
