Historic House/Artist Retreat & Private Waterfall

Partially renovated, 250 yr old hm, & almost finished renovation! Steep steps to 2nd floor, private entrance, large living rm. The house is closing reconstruction and therefore nicely discounted. Price increasing, book soon! Think of this as an old-fashioned “Glamping” experience! This is NOT a luxury stay, but the serene outdoors makes the difference. Thermospa tub in the backporch looks over the waterfalls. 6 friendly chickens & 2 shy cats. Disregard early renovation Reviews...almost done!

The Sparrow House is a beautiful farmhouse with a private trail to a majestic 120' waterfall. With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌
