Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The modern residential unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe haven in Wertheim. Not only our environment benefits from the creative upcycling idea, but you do too. The tiny house offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26 m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking space right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own home.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Karbach is located at the edge of the Spessart near the Main, only 5 km away from Marktheidenfeld, where you will find all the shops for your daily needs. With about 50 m² of living space, the apartment offers enough space for a maximum of 3 people, ideal for commuters, business customers and holiday guests.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
