Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Alte Dorfkirche

Die ehemalige Dorfkirche liegt in einem 1.600 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück mitten im Dorf Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Von allen Seiten umschlossen ist es ein idealer Rückzugsort, ohne „aus der Welt zu sein“. In der Morgensonne vor der Sakristei, auf der Kirchenmauer am Nachmittag oder abends unter Obstbäumen. Im unteren Turmzimmer auf der Couch, im oberen Turmzimmer – dem ehemaligen Glockenraum – beim Beobachten der Vögel. Es findet sich immer ein nettes Plätzchen.

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Das Tiny house/ mobile home befindet sich am Ortsrand von Trennfeld und bietet Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen. Es befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Main und zu einem schönen Baggersee mit Badegelegenheit. Zudem sind Ausflüge in den Spessart oder die historische Altstadt von Wertheim, die Burg Homburg am Main etc. möglich, und es gibt diverse Wandermöglichkeiten.

Ferienwohnung

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem kleinen Ort am Rande des Spessarts. Auf zwei Etagen stehen 3 Zimmer zur Verfügung. Der nächste Supermarkt (mit Bäcker) und Apotheke sind ca. 300 Meter (5 Gehminuten) entfernt. In ca. 1 km Entfernung gibt es ein Freibad oder aber auch einen See. Ein großer Kinderspielplatz ist 200 Meter entfernt.
