From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

My apartment is located in the upper old town of the Renaissance city of Neuburg on the Danube and thus in the best residential area of the city. The Upper Old Town is like a beautiful Renaissance village on a hill above the Lower Old Town. The apartment is located in the completely renovated Bortenmacherhaus (17th century) with original beams, wooden floor with underfloor heating, a great bathroom with shower, tub and glass ceiling, a gallery, a small balcony and historic vending machines.

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The apartment has a size of 70m². It is well equipped - coffee maker, bread oven, natural stone countertop, washer & Dryer. Beds are already made up and hand and dish towels are available. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Echsheim is the place to be. Parking is available right in front of the house. Cities such as Donauwörth, Augsburg or Ingolstadt can be reached in 30-45 minutes in 30-45 minutes. Munich is also only a good hour away. Gut Sedlbrunn is about 10 minutes away.

Small apartment to feel good

Feel at home in our lovingly renovated apartment. We have placed a lot of emphasis on ecological construction and you can feel that. Private access and ample parking are provided. Apart from our three children, it is very quiet. Our former farm is located outside the village of Sandizell on the edge of the Donaumooses. The adjacent extensive aurochs pasture, our bees, goats and chickens provide a farm feeling.
