The property has park-like grounds with a private outdoor stairs that lead down to a wild Adirondack river. We allow guests to bring up to two pets for an additional pet fee. Porcupine A- Frame Studio

This A Frame is a one bedroom with private entry. It is attached to the main house, which can also be rented during the fall and winter months. During the summer the beach area is shared with the other 2 cabins on the property. The space has its own thermostat for heat and an air conditioner available as well for a the summer months. In addition, the property has A smart TV, DVD player and a selection of moves. Property recently renovated to include a full kitchen with a mini refrigerator.
